You don’t need a rock saw, just a Dremel and a few diamond coated cutting wheels.... oh! And some water (so u don’t destroy your cutting wheels on the first rock). I live in Washington as well and am always looking for new rock locations (mostly beach) , so thank you for the video. Always love seeing other rock hounders. Not moonstones. Quartz. There aren't any moonstones on Pacific beaches. Moonstones are iridescent feldspars. These are quartz crystals that have been tumbled by the sea.

the one at 5:00 looks like what some would call a jasp-agate or mix of jasper and agate. same mineral different opacity

Hard to tell but maybe around Westport or Damon Point? Lots of good agates and pet wood the two times I’ve rockhounded there.
