It's all available as very high quality mods, RSS has most of them.
IndyCar is quicker.
@@UncleKennysPlace I think F2 is faster around a track. Indycar is just a top speed merchant. They don't really have a lot of downforce through normal circuits.
@@hubbihanif1946 Indycar is about the same pace as F2 cars. The difference is minuscule. Super Formula is faster than both. Significantly so. Indycar is the fastest thing on an oval.
A suggestion for where the next race should be is probably Bathurst. I dunno i think it'll be interesting

You should do this at Le Mans, as the other Le Mans cars have a much higher top speed and would gain some time back over the F1 car
F1 cars can reach 360km/h just fine. How fast do these Le Mans cars go, you say?
Today Le Mans cars 2015-2022 top 300-310, diesels even less.
@@alejandroperez5368 the highest speed in an F1 race is 372 kmh and that was done by Bottas in 2016. The fastest speed set in an f1 car is 397 kmh, and that was done by the RA106, a 2006 f1 car. The newer 2022 cars are slower in terms of top speed, hitting 322 kmh. Comparing that with some of the cars in this video, the 919 hybrid's top speed 359 kmh,the huracan performante has a top speed of 328 kmh, and the indycar is also faster clocking in at 379 kmh. These cars could give the 2022 f1 car a run for it's money in the straights, although the f1 still beats the majority of them in acceleration

I think it would be a bit more interesting if you did this race with reversed grid so it goes from the slowest in P1 to the fastest in P20/last place. Apart from that great video, really enjoyed it!

Only if the AI are any good. I've done this many times on AC and it doesn't work unless the track has lots of easy overtaking zones

Nope. At 4:25, drivers would have no visibility when going down that downhill section. They wouldn’t be able to see cars below or where to enter the turn etc.

I’ve been to an F1 race once (Austin Texas 2021) and those cars and drivers are mental. Television does it no justice these things look, sound and go unlike anything I’ve ever seen before.
Now imagine what that would've sounded like pre-hybrid era =o

To be honest, I just want more "everything" races in general, mostly because even goodwood doesn't do that in real life (they have separate classes in a big timed shootout, but they don't all go at once) and it's therefore interesting to see how all these different cars stack up against each other in a MOSTLY realistic sim setting with decent physics.
Also I'm gonna suggest Akina and the Gunma Cycle Center (a bike park that also allows touge events to be organized at it) just because I'm a weeb and I'm proud.
I say an everything race is a bit too dangerous, having near-stationary objects kinda like the MX-5 in this video compared to the fastest cars. It should have at least *some* limits.

I honestly had no reason to watch this, yet it was so riveting I couldn't stop watching until it was over. I like the filter you put on the commentary during certain camera angles. I should set the wheel up and boot up a sim... Buuuut I have to mow the yard. Oh well.

787B was a quad rotor, not a triple rotor as mentioned in the video.
A suggestion for the race track for the next show-down is in my home state of Washington, and the track is Ridge Motorsports Park, I have seen some mods for it in AC so yeah.

Do it at the F1 track in Austin, Texas. It's the only track that both modern F1 and modern IndyCar have run on. The F1 lap record was 12% faster than the IndyCar lap record. Could make for an interesting comparison. By the way, if you take those lap records and extrapolate them to Laguna seca based on the Laguna Seca Indy Car lap record, the F1 car should set a lap record of around 108.4. So I'm guessing 107 from a standing start on lap 1 maybe a little optimistic.
Why everyone acting like Mazda 878b is that fast, the car was 14 seconds slower than front runners, weighted 150kg thanksto ballast for rivals and was even tunned down more to survive the race, its a miracle it wonned as all fast competidors DNF or had big issues.

Those graphics are amazing! I couldn't recognize what game that was at first. What mods are applied here, this looks incredible.
Probably the stock additions of CSP (content shader patch) and SOL (weather effects) that get used if you manage the game with Content Manager instead of the games inbuilt front end. Assetto Corsa without Content Manager is a pretty bland looking game.

Also, where was a McLaren F1 GTR (or LM, whichever would be faster on the particular track) and a V10 F1 car (my favourite would be a Williams with all the technical advancements the FIA banned, CVT, powered active suspension, traction control, etc.) and have JV drive it.

Is that a sound mod for the VRC car? Doesn't sound like the VRC i've seen at all. VRC sound is total shit, but what you have in the video is quite good. The RSS FH 2022 sounds ubelievable as well. probably the best imo. But whatever you're using is pretty damn good. Better than RSS in some ways

Why does your voice keep changing when you switch camera angles?
When he's in cockpit cam the voice change is meant to simulate how you'd hear a driver through radio, a sprinkle of immersion if you will.

That's not very fair race because the IndyCar didn't start again and neither did the Porsche 919 which was stuck behind the MX5 for goodness knows how long
I'd like to see a pro like you take a Hotlap around Nords in the normal Porsche 919 Hybrid, not the Evo version so I have something to compare my 05:45.7 to, as I (like a lot of other people who play on console) have no opportunity to drive the Evo😅

Try it on either the Mosport, or Watkins Glen tracks. Both being previously used for Formula One races.

Rematch? Like as if if... there was a match? Sure.
Inde Motorsports Ranch, WIlcox Arizona US. The have corners from all the major racetracks in one. It's a highly technical track, with their own LS Corkscrew, Monaco casino hairpin, and others. Security is tight, and there are sheltered seats with views, but no grandstands.
Pirelli has done tire (tyre?) tests there. So have Indycar (the real one and even the IRL ones) and so have NASA, AZRA, SCCA, and other motorsports organizations.
My suggestion is if you intend to say that a car is a modern F1 car, there are two simple things to update:
1. Use the real steering wheel. The "for display only" versoin is lame.
2. Have a named driver. If Max isn't available (and I can't imagine this would be something his sponsors would pay for) there are test drivers who could do a creditable job. It helps the realism when a Verstappen, Botas, Vettel, Perez, etc. passes the slower cars vs some unnamed Señor Rando.
This was like watching a video game. If the wheel was real and the driver was a Name and if there were Names driving the Porsche, the UNLABELED-INDYCAR, the LMP car, etc, it would have been much much better.
