My car got hit like a year ago. I asked like 10 times about there being no limit on mileage on the rental... Its amazing how much less you care about miles when you know your only paying for gas.
Old video, but I've been watching/liking at work. Just commenting too in case that helps the old Al Gore Rhythm. I'm currently dealing with my elderly mother and scammers targeting her good heart. I hate so much that I'm about to get mean and take away her access to her accounts. I work in banking and I know we appreciate the kids when they look after their parents' accounts, but also give them a big ole side eye because we've seen too many of them take advantage.
Anyway, I appreciate you pushing forward. We all have crap we're dealing with. Just keep being you doing the right thing, and I'll do the same.

This was a treasure of a video! I really do get frustrated as a customer that when we order they can add another order even in the same direction because it just means the food I ordered will be cold or melted etc. I tip well and I don't like that feature because I find it unfair to those who pay good and then end up waiting double the amount of time promised.
The auto door lock feature can be turned off. It’s a safety feature to prevent people from entering or exiting the car without your permission. Also the “L” on the gear shift is to drive in Low Gear. Can help to added traction for snowy or muddy conditions.

What you phone was doing was trying to connect to android auto or Apple car play. If you connect it, you can get Google maps on the stereo

You probably plugged into the USB that goes to the infotainment system. My car has two USB plugins. One for the infotainment and one for regular charging.

I got my car in to have my Hyundai recall done. Your car dealer should of put stickers on your windows to show the thieves they can’t start your car without a fob. I tried to get a Uber eats a chance, but in my market it’s too much reverse miles to dollar ratio or cheap payouts for short distance so I stop using it in North Carolina
I know this is an old video but I am just watching it! I Love watching, love your sense of humor, you give me a good laugh most days! I can tell you are a goodhearted, down to earth person and if I could...believe me I would have sent you a donation to help you out! I am currently only doing doordash, uber and spark to earn money, been helping my daughter with my grandson, he too has been recently diagnosed with Autism Level 1 but has had many behavioral issues in school, been suspended, been kicked out and put on home school, he is 6 years old, we finally have him in the ECE program and on an IEP in a self contained classroom...the struggle to get him diagnosed, on the right medication and in a smaller class where he could function properly has been Awful!! Now I will look for full time work, hopefully medical billing working from home, but could not return to full time and help her out at the same time with my grandson! Sending some prayers your way that things work out to your advantage and I dont blame you for quitting that job...stress is something we dont need and no job is worth that!! Hang in there! Wish you were closer to Louisville, KY so we could hang out!!

I swear, most of the customers on door trash are like the laziest people on the planet. If you know your place is a hassle to find, you should meet the driver outside somewhere instead of making them call you up and run all over the place trying to find your ass.

My daughter has the Corolla and its always auto locking after 30 seconds lol. Luckily she always has the keys with her. She'll go in the house to grab something and come out and the car's locked.
Look on area to level of your seat, if you see 2 pull handles/ button.
1st handle/ button is for sliding seat forward and backwards and 2nd handle/button is to raise or lower driver seat.
Our car was recently attempted to be stolen, I had a rental for 20 days. Our insurance paid most of it, thankfully. Anyway, they gave me an upgrade to a minivan, it was awesome! It was keyless as well, and I was constantly worried I would get locked out, lol.
It rained one day and I had no clue how to turn the wipers off once I got them on...so I drove for a day with the wipers on until my son figured it out.
Yeah, I'm also now in a rental for a while at 35.00 a day. I want to thank you for your videos, you really show it the way it really is. You should probably turn off your blue tooth connection on your phone. That might take care of the allow/deny problem you were having. I get that when I use our second car, but when I turn that off, it works perfect.

I've seen Dashers say that when we are doing stacked orders that we can switch the order of how we pickup and deliver the orders, but I have never been able to switch mine around.
You can with Doordash but you can't with UberEats.
@ianntharoseberr On Doordash orders after you pick up both orders, look at the screen that shows both orders are confirmed pick up. Then you'll see in red a little box at the bottom that says " jump to task" & you just hit the one you want to do first! Hope that helps?

They need for us to be able to press a do not disturb button while delivering that auto stops after you complete order. It’s distracting and a safety hazard at times. If you want that fine but we should have the option if we have a delivery that needs our full attention like the weathers bad and trying to find the location. Thank you for your videos they are entertaining and informative.
Why not just get a car in which youll pay less than 30 dollars a day each month.

if you get top dasher do you lose it if you go below 70%? new driver here
You have to be above 70% by the last day of the month. If your AR falls below 70% then you have to get it back up above 70% before the month ends in order to be eligible/remain TD (as well as have your other numbers where you need them).
If you fall below 70% any time during the month you will have more crappy orders sent to you and then if you drop below 50 you won't see the "diamond high pay" orders.
If ppl know their apartments are that complicated why can't they come meet you? That really gets on my nerves. And it's usually the no tip orders. And Uber will get on my last nerve. They send an order 45 seconds before delivering one and you're trying to look at your map. Do they want us to crash?
