Hi guys, here we have a Virgin Media underground fibre prepull which will utilise RFoG. To deliver this, we use Openreach ducts (Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA)). We use pre-blown subduct, in which we strip the excess subduct to reveal just the fibre, which is then neatly dressed in the omnibox. The reason we use pre-blown fibre is it is a quicker solution for fibre deployment to customers and means we do not have to use an air compressor or fibre gun.
In future videos, I am going to add commentary of what I am doing, as this has been requested quite a lot, apologies it is not in this video.
