Hello. I just bought a 135i n55 2012 and i was racing with it doing the launch control and after maybe 3 or 4 launch control. I tried to do it and my car was not doing the launch. Maybe it was because it was hot? Or is it something that the car has included for protection of the own car??? Thanks
Hi Eduardo! Yea if you've launched the car again and again, I would allow your car to cool down. Cycle the key by turning the car off and back on. Make sure the settings are setup correctly and you should be good to go. Good luck!
You were sincere and useful until you said go ahead and launch your car and go have fun as if there's no consequences for continuation of launching your BMW, dude you will blow your motor and transmission and you give the newbies a green light on launching and continuation of doing so without no warning of the breakage and ruin of your car continuing this bad habit, devils do that, they give you the exact words and knowledge you want to hear then for the stupid you stretch the truth without warning your questioners, and in this case that's a 6 to 7 thousand dollar damage to your launching habit, so guys yes this dude is giving you the perfect advice for the knowledge of launching your BMW, at the same time he's not warning you of the super costley damage you're doing to your car soon to be in the shop. Dudes im not trying to bring this cat down but just advising those of the experience i went thru for thinking like this fool.....BMW FAMILY ALL DAY..........
Wow Jurzy boy I agree with you 100%. This moron must be a mechanic conspiracy theorist trying to entrap costly repairs to victims of this stupidity, I only race my BMW on a roll never on takeoff as that’s where we shine anyway.
The 135i/335is dct has been proven to be indestructive. If your car is stock you can launch it thousands of times over the lifetime of the car. If your car is tuned you can still launch time after time if your trans oil temp is within range, If the clutch doesn't slip there's no extra damage being done.
Now I understand why a really good one is a Lucky find.
I’ve shut traction all the way off and it still works
Good to know 👍
It wont work with traction all the way off
@@tate.tradescap I do it all the time in my 135is
Once flooring the gas while foot on brake, will the car jerk forward for a sec? Or do i have to step on the gas fast so it wont jerk?
Basically you floor the brake and floor the gas past the kick down and you’ll see the flag. It won’t jump forward.
When your fbo on an e50 flash all this will do is spin on street tires 😂
LOL, you are correct.

@@boostedbijan yes maybe because it was hot already but nothing wrong at the moment with the car. Thanks
Not something you want to do back to back your going to destroy your trans.
Car will stop you before damaging the dct
I believe it limits you to 3-5 launches per 1k miles.
Make the clutch basket handle more power at that clutch grab coefficient and that car will out 60 ft any b58 car
looks like a 6.2 0-60. why so slow?
cause he’s short shifting
You sir. Deserve a medal.
Also.
First.
*Bows* Thank you thank you. Also, nice on being first 👌. Thanks for the love man.
335i e92 e93 also have dct . So 335is is not nessesary
incorrect
@@tate.trades Actually correct on markets outside of the US.
