Unfairness is the cause of all problems. Fairness needs to become a sacred value.

The brain guards highly of any threat to safety and survival of whatever sort but is at the same time highly adaptable to universal truths and experience like peace. Respect for sacred values, a relationship of inclusion, not exclusion enforces safe feeling to the brain. This opens up communication and a possibility for change. From personal to a global relationship standpoint, this is a brilliant talk and an eye-opener. Thanks!

Very nice talk :) We have to change the mindset of best-defense-is-offence... realizing that we are
    1. deeply emotional rather than rational
    2. polarized for sacred values
    3. easily manipulated by exclusion

Essential viewing planet-wide for every head of state. Mr. Phillips gives every country as well as every one of us a road map to move forward and away from the barbaric and inefficient status quo that we are witnessing around the world. As Phillips states so eloquently, "we can change, we can do better." Let's start now.

This is one of the best speech’s on giving us information on how to stop violence in our world. Tim Phillips is a person that I believe God ( Supreme Being) that watches over our world is leading this man to bring this Higher messages to all of us and I am deeply honored to know him. Yes, Tim, we can change and we can do better, but only if we take action and not just using mouth service. God bless you and may your message
be heard all over our planet earth. Patricia Mischell

*Can We Polish Our Lenses On Reality?*
This well intended video is rife with causality oversight and contains an incomplete ontology about our social condition.
This may be well intended, but it is woefully ignorant of those in the background who create the conditions for the conflict that would be here better understood. It's not wrong; it lacks sophistication and a complete set (ontology) of primary causes.
The voracity of Sandy Hook (extremely high likelihood of false flag black op directed at increasing the need for gun control) is even today hotly contested and is a _bad_ example for expression of the relationships Tim Phillips is trying to explain.
*Terrorists (if they are real and not manufactured) come from above all: torture and manipulative cruelty.*
Social conflict as much less to do with neuroscience and much more to do with governments which will stoop to any measure to hold onto and increase their power to control those who they are supposed to represent!
*We need to not build **_governments_** of inclusion (socialism/communism), we need **_societies_** composed of individual and collective sovereignty at their fundamental bases.*
