#1. Don't panic. Bubonic has always been here. I remember stories from decades ago. It has been contracted by humans once in awhile. Get rid of the mice and the rats around your property.

Crows and hawks like rodents. Oh and coyotes. So don’t but bait out. Wildlife needs a source of food. Cats are good too for catching rodents. You can put traps inside your home or garage. But stay away from poisonous bait.

@a...2784; ? Rats, Mice ! The whole neighborhood is infested, The cats running around eating those creatures are all but gone, Cause some brainiac decided to put out poison, and all that did was kill off the cats that were eating those pesky creatures, Poison isn't happening around My parts, The rat and mouse urine and droppings will contain those poisonous substances, which just creates another element that myself, My grandkids and my daughter will be coming into contact with!

We could then demand those with cats can't leave their homes, not allowing them to go to work, or go to the store to get food. Then we could insist on aerial spraying to kill fleas and of course we would need to wear masks and be locked down in our homes. We could collapse our economy and close businesses. We all could get a FEAR JAB/shot and keep getting them. Yeah..... we could make an issue out of a non-issue as we have the know how!!!

Yup. Every so often this happens. Never in large numbers. But, really the one to watch for is Hantavirus. Hantavirus kills more people than Rabies as there in no known treatment whereas Rabies shots can save lives if administered soon enough and the victim doesn't have other health issues and there is a treatment plan. The death rate from Hantavirus severe illness is 40 to 50%. Recovery of normal lung function may take weeks to months.
