For Pam, my knees were aching, started taking live conscious collagen.. no more ache. I have been using this for 4 years now and it helps skin , nails . I got a grounding sheet for Christmas and my back no longer aches when I awake in the morning, unreal. Check these out , I’m 76 and love the results.
Arthritis in my knee after a repaired meniscus over 15 yr ago sent me down the rabbit hole to a google search - Anti inflammatory diet…sugar is the devil! Processed food is also limited so I can avoid knee replacement in the future. My body will let me know when I indulge. Everyone’s body reacts differently. Hiking and practicing yoga at age 65 with little limitations and no drugs. I call that a win! Good luck!❤
Ladies! The book Knitting Comfortably, by Carson Demers, will tell you everything you need to know about relieving/preventing pain and other aspects of knitting ergonomics. It’s a hefty and pricey book, but it’s invaluable.
I love your podcast and never miss it because you promote such great designers and yarns. But the reason I subscribed after my first viewing was that you are SO Long Island! I loved it when Pam talked about how she says, “My son-in- lawr, Tylah.” Directly afterward, she said she thinks that sometimes she throws in an “r” where it doesn’t belong, but she’s not sure LOL. My grandparents were from Astoria and said “burl” for “boil” and “goil” for “girl.” I think that accent is extinct now, but it was awesome! I’m from California, where we think we have no accent haha.
I was thinking about the get together at cafe Bleu that I missed, it seems the new cafe Flora might be a good place to have a knit together and support a new business. What do u think?😊

I’ve been knitting for 65 years!
Girls keep in mind eating sugar causes inflammation so cutting out that a bit usually helps me greatly. Good podcast. Thanks for doing the redo.
Yes exactly, stay as close to high protein as possible to fight the inflammation which can become widespread throughout the body including brain fog 😊
Pam take tyronol 3 times a day. It has helped me and I knit a lot and I have no more pain ❤️

I knit all the time but definitely when stressed
Thank you for doing the podcast, I always love seeing you guys!! Any idea for a man's cowl?
I haven't been sick for decades and I haven't had a vaccine for decades. Take heed people.
I have RA and seeing an occupational therapist will help you with hand and wrist exercises and stretching. Hope this helps😊
I keep pliers in the kitchen to pull off seals. Haven't been able to get a grip in forever. Tabs are too tiny.
When I’m nervous or stressed I can’t focus either I wish I could knit but it never seems to happen
I can’t knit eat etc if I’m stressed.
Carson Demers book is great for knit exercises. He is a former PT.
