I'd guess it's pretty late,but here's how i did it with my own player, if you're serving from the left side go to the middle, with advanced serve pullback the right analog stick, when the ball is in mid air quickly turn your left analog stick to 90 degrees or more to the left, that way the ball will move near the center of the line, you need to hit atleast perfect to have a chance of an ace, now if you're serving from the right, do the advanced flat serve again like the first method but when the ball in mid air you need to quickly turn the left analog stick to 120 degrees, that way your opponent will have a decreased chance of hitting your serve, you don't need to move your played if you're serving from the right side of the court
After all this time playing, i finally able to ace with my own player although only about 2 or 3 times per match
Where i aim with the left stick ?
1. Right stick down to toss ball. 2. Aim with left stick. 3. Strike ball when near its peak.

try and get specialised in spin serves,then aim as far to the left as you dare with a slice serve
According to this game, Del Potro serves slower than Sharapova...the serve speeds are all messed up
Del Potro isn't in TS4...
