I just bought one. LOVE IT! The interior is what sold me. Took a 10 hour road trip during Christmas and it was super comfy the entire way. It was expensive, but we plan to keep it until it literally can’t go anymore.
Congratulations🎉🎉 I plan on buying one this year, but I'm hearing that there are problems with them. I am so confused as to what I'm going to purchase.
The base elevation is now over $75k with a few options, upper trims are $100k+. I remember a couple generations ago (2007-2014) these were like $10k cheaper than something like a smaller 2-row BMW X5 or Mercedes ML. Now you have to shell out BMW X7 or MB GLS money or more to get one… insane…
Honestly rather have this over an X7 and GLS. Maybe they handle better and are faster but they 100% can't carry a family of 8 and all their luggage without a roof box and stuff. Also I really like the tech integration on this car better than the latest X7 with less hard buttons. Only feature I want from the X7 is the split tailgate. Aside from that the Yukon offers pretty much everything those cars do
@@ayushmalpeddi2793 I just got a 2025 X7. But I looked at these too. There is a BIG difference with performance, features and refinement. Especially, the air suspension and handling. Personally, I think there is no comparison. But I absolutely agree with you on size. GM does it better than anyone else. Also, I hate not having buttons!
@@steve0ne11 what features is the Yukon missing? You can option it with massaging seats in both rows, night vision, massive screens, HUD, supercruise, etc. Only features I can think of are in the third row. While they are nice it's kinda pointless when average size adults like myself don't comfortably fit back there anyways. I agree on performance and handling but they aren't even in the same size category to compare. X7 and GLS are smaller inside than many midsize 3 row crossovers like the atlas, traverse, Acadia, Pilot, and Grand highlander. It's also unibody versus body on frame. Overall an apples or oranges comparison
@ Sure. Some of these are subjective, but for someone who appreciates tech and gadgets, these are some features that I think are better in the X7: -1500 Watt Bowers & Wilkins 3D Audio w/backlit illuminated speakers and metal speaker covers. 20 channels and 20 speakers. Insane. -Panoramic sunroof with illuminated ambient lights etched into the glass, plus separate sunroof for the 3rd row. Both have powered retractable shades. -5 Zone climate control with upper body and lower vents for all 3 rows. 3rd row even has its own climate controls and heated seats. -Full power seating on every row. Plus you can control them from the drivers seat or the rear of the car. That includes being able to control the front passenger seat from the drivers side and set memory positions. -Fully powered sun shades for the 2nd row (not manual), and hard buttons to control the powered shades from driver and 2nd row occupants. -Ambient lighting in all 3 rows. Absolutely no skimping out on any row. -Upscale, high quality leather. Again, to me there is no comparison. The 2nd row captains chairs have freaking pillows lol. -Adaptive air suspension with adjustable ride height. This is one of the most impressive things. The car can rise like 3-4 inches. Also, the difference in character when you’re in “sport plus” verses “comfort” is dramatic. -Quietness is objectively better. Refinement is subjectively far better. -Alcantara suede headliner. -Gesture control. Cool but gimmicky except for being able to pinch and rotate the car without ever touching the screen. Also, there are the intangibles that I personally pay attention to, but others may not care about. The interior design, vents, buttons, clicks, materials, those all matter to me. For example, every button is made out of either “crystal” (prob just glass) or metal. Every surface is either leather, wood, crystal or metal. Then we come to performance, which we will skip because I don’t think anyone can debate the winner there. All that for the same as a loaded Yukon Denali. For me, as a subjective enthusiast, the X7 was simply the better car. But if someone was constrained by dimensions, then I can see why they would be forced to go with the larger car.
You changed your intro!! I miss seeing Mason have his eardrum blown out by that Escalade V!! Just kidding. You two guys do fantastic reviews. Keep it up!!
For sure! The GMC Yukon is known for its roomy cabin, making it great for families or road trips. It also has a strong towing capacity, which is perfect if you’re into outdoor adventures. Plus, the tech features are pretty impressive too, with options for advanced safety systems and entertainment.
Got a fully loaded elevation trim with blacked out badging and grill for under 82k. Looks amazing inside and out. Very comfortable. It's worth every penny for my family and I. Choose this trim because it's around 15k cheaper than a Denali but looks just as good. The only real differences are no power tilt telescoping steering wheel, no power running board, and some cosmetic stuff. Nothing of which was worth the 15k price hike in my opinion but if you got the extra cash laying around, go for it.
My husband and I just purchased one this week and couldn’t agree more! Our 4WD 5.3L Elevation was $70k out the door with the premium package which includes the sunroof which is what I really wanted! So excited to drive this for many years to come!
Would we consider the headlights “split LED’s”? It’s like they are low but now like bumper low. But the running light gives the illusion that they are split
The new Ford Expedition design is way ahead of this design. I can't wait until the Expedition and Navigator gets officially reviewed. Trust every single channel will promote those 2 Suvs galore.
Quick question, I know minivans are the best, but how is the difference between such large vehicles vs any minivans? Which is comfortable suspension wise?
Out of the three SUVs, I would purchase a Cadillac Escalade but those don’t have a diesel engine anymore. One weird thing that I noticed is that the Chevy Tahoe has a 17.7 inch display while the GMC Yukon has a 16.8 inch display. I find this to be strange because GM is a higher brand in the hierarchy and Chevy is the lower brand so I’m wondering why the 17.7 inch display wasn’t in the GMC instead of the Chevy?
GM needs fired ceo Mary Barra failure from fuel pump, transmission, engines, brakes systems and many other things to vehicles shame on General Motors still make mistakes. I'm a died hard love GM since I fell love with my school bus it old GMC. Best vehicles GMC, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac and Saturn 😊😊😊😊😊😊.
Diesel with a second row BENCH please . I'd take a normal/standard deeper front console instead of the motorized ( Dealer gonna beat you over the head when it breaks ) console 4-7 years from now . What's the purpose of having a large second row & restricted it to two ppl . I rarely use my 3rd row seats . That area is for luggage & shopping .
So, a ‘25 Yukon Elevation at $77k, or a ‘25 Nissan Armada Platinum for $77k with several more features and two years of service included, although worse resale…hmmm
I saw a beautifully restored 1970 4x4 Chevy pickup sell on Barrett Jackson auction for $70k. That truck is worth $70. These pieces of scrap metal and planned obsolescence aren't worth half what the MSRP is marked at
The AT4 is the perfect SUV for me in terms of features and price. But what are they thinking with not offering a black interior? Potentially the dumbest decision I have seen in a while. I went to look at the Chevy line up to get something that I really want.
Anyone who buys this is throwing away tens of thousands of dollars. This is a $50k SUV $55K on a good day. If you want to over pay 20k+ by my guess. As the saying goes, a fool and his money will soon be parted.
Up charging for paint should be illegal…..I guess they are using today’s customers to pay the lawsuits for the very bumbled early -mid 90’s cleatcoat Fiasco…..too soon. Not just GM but all manufacturers.
This car looks perfect for my boo Shyam if he needs to do that interstate commerce and break them police barricades! But not for me boo boo!!! I need something with more bling like a Benz or Bimmer! My yams deserve the best boo boo so sorry not sorry!!!!!!!

66K for this vehicle. Finally, an auto maker offering an awesome deal.

Nice video keep up the great work fellas
Thank you!
The Denali is the only way to go!😊
It’s really nice! I like it!!
That diesel option looks juicy.
Juicy!!
Funny!!
$68,895-$103,295 for this based on trim...likely into the high $70k range - no way would I spend that on a new vehicle.
They can’t keep them on the lot. You likely aren’t their target market.
@@docholiday9562right if they didn’t sell then they wouldn’t have done this
This is what they all are now for this size SUV!
They definitely are moving these off the lots.....that price is still nuts, though. Wait and get a used one in three or four years
Toyota Corolla is you car
Awesome!

How long did it take for you guys to take all the ice off 😂. That storm practically made an ice sculpture out of it. We got a lot of snow.
Way too long and Mason fell on the ice 😅
@@CarConfections you guys were really on thin ice huh, hopefully he’s ok🙏
Personally for the price I’d take this over an Escalade, great review!
Would rather have a Tahoe RST with real leather for that price!
Please explain what do you mean by special special donuts?
Would've loved to see the at4 with the 5.3

We're hoping to get our hands on them in Q1 🤞
To be honest I would get the 2025 Cadillac Escalade V over this❤
Sure if you got the money for it for sure
I like the Yukon a lot, but that massive tablet down the center console is a total dealbreaker for me. Hate it.
Atleast it has physical buttons
@nekopop8159 Sorry, it's a total no-go for me. I like the technology screens at about 12-14 inches but no massively monumental tablets - no way.
25 tahoe looks better inside

Are these things reliable?
2025 GMC Yukon Elevation 5.3L V8 10-Speed Automatic 4X4!
The kids won’t find them……they will now!
I really like the chimes when you start the car.
Literally just stolen from BMW
do you guys ever eat donuts with ice cold milk? I do sometimes : )
I heard that renamed the Yukorn. Apparently each vehicle comes with a husk of corn for your aunt marmalade to enjoy.
Real Funny

Beautiful beast !
The front end is hideous on GMC and Denali refresh.
No it's not. Looks just like the new gmc truck now
GM…..get with it……twin turbo six cylinders…..even if same MPG…..better use of HP and Torque…..you have the DuraMax six as a platform.. just saying!
Why the ugly portrait tablet?

AT4 Ultimate costs more than the Nissan Armada Pro 4x. yikes
GM now sells product and not price. That's why their SUV's are #1 by mile in the U. States.
Little expensive for not even real leather seats. Glorified Vinyl seats in todays new “term” leatherette 🤣
🤮 looks hideous
