First time he told me I was to clean he ended with my house isn't half this clean. Every reason you've given for why your that clean is every reason I've given. Lastly he got sick this last week and he told me quote " I'm sick because you clean too much". Keep doin what ur doin cause it all looks good on this end.

I wish i had u as my trainer. Im about to start my training monday lol with the help of your videos i have ideas of what to expect. Your videos are great man. Keep them coming
I know this is a old video but I had to comment I would be honored to have you as a trainer Junior your very knowledgeable I have actually learned allot just watching your videos that says allot I could only imagine how well you are in person as a trainer you ask me your top notch brother
It's very interesting your videos , very few people are willing to post videos for us to learn about the steps of training and get the necessary licence to drive big rigs ....greatings form Romania great videos to watch, liked them very much keep doing the great work and don't let anyone let you down because you are doing a good job. Respect
I just found this!! I’m about to go to school and get my CDL!!! 15 year army vet and I’m the head of Security for State Farm, all I wanted to do was drive!! My pops did it and now I will!! Thanks Junior for these videos!! I have been watching them so I can prepare myself for my new career. You keep it 100 just like I did with my soldiers!!!! I will keep watching until I finish!! I will let you know when I graduate from my school. I will start the first week in April!!
Wish you had been my trainer! Took me a long time on my own to learn some of the stuff I see you teaching students. My trainer back in '08 was always in a big hurry and would rather back it in himself rather than take the time to teach me. I was glad at the time to be done with it but learned once I was solo I didn't know enough. WTF ever, don't change what you are doing. You aren't doing them any favors by doing it for them. Teach them what's in store
Not going to lie. I 🚛 driver for 16 years. I was a trainer for 5 years then gave it up. I had students that where a blast and i proud to have met them. That's only 60 percent of the time. 30 percent need more work. Braking, speeding and stay in the Lane. 10 percent have no business in a rig!!! And is why i drive solo. Had a few close calls and sadly had to kick a few out. It cost me my job at the company but looking back it did make me a better driver. My hat and heart goes out to all you trainer's.
I jave been watching your videos cuz I am starting a CDL A course next week and I was just thinkin' just right before i saw this one that i hope my instructor is as good as this guy. Been watching the parking and backing vids the most. Keep it up. I have the pretrip in my list next.
It might be the recording of everything the trainee is doing. The trainee is already nervous they don't need to be recorded and posted on social media. I've been a trainer for 4 years and I've been driving for 15
Training new drivers in a manual transmission is a bad idea in my opinion. Manual transmissions are dissappearing, 90% of semis use automatics. It makes more sense to get the basics down first, then move to manual transmissions. Manual transmissions are very dangerous when mountain driving, or even on slick roads.
Yeah. New students shouldn’t start off in manual because they will then have a harder time and will focus too much on shifting and will forget to check mirrors. Watch trailers and other important stuff. It’s good to train in manual after you have got a CDL and know how to drive a truck very well .
I agree with why the trainee quit too. You can’t sit there and yell at someone that has never drove a big rig. It takes time to get used to shifting. Being on the road is nerve wracking enough when you’re starting out.
Everyone is not going to click in this world, bro. It's no big deal when you run across the few that you don't connect with. When I was training, I was like 3 of 28 that I put off my truck or wanted off my truck...
My brother and I worked for the same company running solo and we decided to team up. I got out of my truck and into his. First day he told me, he keeps his truck so clean that if you drop a tater chip on the floor, it'll be cleaner when you pick it up than it was when you dropped it. He's a little OCD lol
I wish I could get you as my trainer. Preparing to go to CR England next month, but I learned a lot from you. Became a subscriber and a follower today. Hope to meet you out there!
I worked for PTL ten years ago, when I met my trainer he had me pull out of a space at a truck stop and then back into it again. He sat in the cab from Nashville to Jackson then he went to the sleeper and played video games. I drove all the way to texas.

+Brayden Taylor I thought that he was doing good while he was on my truck. As to why you got off the truck I cannot say any more than what I said on the video because that's all I know. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
no problem.. i have two buddies that drive trucks . i have the most respect for you guys.. man just keep doing what you doing and be hard on these guys if they like it or not because in the end it will be worth it
At first I thought he may not have driven a manual - stick - transmission vehicle before. To be frank I thought that your instructions were a bit random at first. Maybe just concentrate on a few things at a time instead of a whole lot of different commands at once. I think you are a lot better than a lot of instructors I have seen though.
I've been watching your training videos and I think your a kick ass trainer!! Plus you keep your truck immaculate !! Shit, his loss. Keep up the good work Honduras...
Junior, I was an instructor of 17 years (NOT in trucking) and if I was starting in trucking, I would want YOU to train me. Based on your videos and your instructing style, we feel the same way about our professions and our goals to have the most successful students with the best information you can provide. Don't change a thing, pal.
20 years sgo. We wojld leave on Sunday come back late Friday nite and he said we never had time to shower, clean up or vlea out the truck. Do you know how bad the truck smelled with 2 stinky men after after a week on the road. You sound like a great trainer!
Junior, I think you are asking a little too much of a new driver all at once. it's enough to watch your trailer and make a turn. asking him to watch his rpms is too much. that is one mistake that will not kill anyone. he will eventually learn when it won't go into gear that he needs to get rpms right. I think hearing all those directions coming at same time probably would have made me nervous too. my trainer just said go. it wasn't always pretty but we got there. that being said I think you are a good, fair trainer. stay clean.
+d vo Thank you and the RPM's are because if they are not right or anywhere near the good area then you will not get into gear or you will grind unnecessarily. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
Im a student and you clearly have never driven a truck. My first time ever sitting behind the wheel i had to not only do all that but i had to do commentary too. The dude was an airhead. Move on if you can't multitask. You're in the wrong job.
I got nerves too but I pushed through it and got it done, my trainer told me don't touch my shit done dirty my shit and don't fuck up my shit lmao but I didn't do any of that and I pushed through and now on my own almost a year on the 15th
It's true young people don't know how to get spoken to how they need to be spoken to these days. Driving the big trucks is a huge learning curve and responsibility and you can't approach these trainees lightly on the matter. If they're not catching on fast enough, they could kill someone. It's that simple. Maybe he's cut out for a box truck.
I am planning on getting my CDL and I am still researching companies but I hope I get a trainer with an attitude like yours. I don't have any illusions that this is an easy job. So I don't expect nor would want my trainer to be easy on me. You have to prepared when you are out there on your own.
+Alberto Carballo yes you are right it's not easy and you definitely want to do your research on the company that you choose to go with. you also want to make sure that it suits you for your needs and wants at the current time you're wanting to come into the industry. I really appreciate it and thanks 👍👍
I agree bro...I am clean too. If you are funky dirty bad breath just nasty u got 2 go lol. You remind me of a big brother who's stern but very supportive. I can train with someone like you...lol you learn alot and you will do the best at your job. I think honestly keep your style of training and development the same. stay up junior lol seriously thinking about hitting the road bro.
Lol, I will. I am not going to change anything because at the end of the day I have to live with the person. Thank you and thanks for watching. If and whenever you do decide let me know and I will get you in the right direction as far as Recruiter and stuff. Thank you for watching 👍👍
It is what it was Sir. You seemed knowable and Cool to me. Sensitive times we are in and people seem glass like. So we handle with care and continue Trucking. Be the Safest of Safe and Prosperous in your travels.
Your truck can never be too clean. I went through training 15 years ago and will have to do it again. Although my trainer was great his truck was nasty. It is definitely your second home and keeping it clean is very important. After I finish my CDL school and another couple of months I hope that I can get a trainer that will have a clean truck
I live in Australia and in a few years i will be on my way to the usa and get into trucking there, I come from a family of truckers in Aus but my knees are not up to Australian trucks (cabovers). I hope i get a trainer as good as you mate. keep up the great work
b trucker, that was rude and ignorant. I think the man just wanted a friend, which I dont think a trainer should be.You are a trainer and sounds like a good one.
I love the fact that you're so clean!! I wish youd train me!. I'm headed off with a trainer in a week. I hope hes as good as you. You are a good trainer. You wouldn't make me nervous. He'll find out.
I have had the same issues time to time, I teach people how to fly planes, they get overwhelmed with learning new skills, frustration sets in and they look for excuses before accepting the reality that they are not going to learn these new skills immediately, some quit altogether because they can't bring themselves to face the fact it's going to take some time. You can only do your job, you have no control over their mindset.
My trainer told me when approaching a stop or a turn off to get your shifting over with ahead of time so you can concentrate on maneuvering the truck safely
You seem like an easy to get along with guy but I'd quit also! I've watched you when your trainee was backing and your constant left right get under it instructions would drive me nuts! Don't say anything and just let me make my mistakes, then tell me how to correct them! A trainee should know most of this when they get out of school.
+Charles Tait key word SHOULD and they don't. That's why I do what I do. I walk you through it and then eventually star to bacm off as I see them doing it on their own. 👍
I was a trainer myself, I did it for 6 years and as a trainer one thing you didn't do is scream at a new driver because you can easily make them nervous that can cause an accident, you work with them in a calmly way possible and if he or she still having the same problems well you can either seat and have a talk or call your dispatcher and explain your situation. But that was long ago , I drive for myself now is more relaxing less stressful . Nothing wrong with keeping the truck assigned to, just like you said is your home away from home .
Oh you gave me a great laugh, thank you very much! To clean? Really? Okay. I drive semi myself and I keep this truck pretty damn clean as well. Been driving for two and a half years now and I plan on starting to train at the beginning of 2021.
Not Connecting!? hell isn't he ( the trainee ) there to make money, not friends? I always kept my truck clean and maintained...DOT looks at that when they do a inspection, it can save you alot of heartache. Most of the time they would just ask for paperwork.
I wouldnt worry about him. Tough teacher's make great students if you dont push them out of there comfort zone how are they to learn how are they to become great if they are not tought right the first time. If you are not hard on your trainnes they develope bad habits and get lazy. Some of my best teachers i didnt really like at that moment but i kept it to my self and pushed through it. Looking back at them now im greatfull for them being tough on me pushing me out of the comfort zone. Iv watched about 10 of your videos now and i would say you are doing an amzing job keep up the good work. I hope my trainer is as good as you when i take my test.
Junior Honduras on a personal level I didn't care for my trainer but on a professional level I respected him and learned his way and understood why he did what he did when i got my truck i used the tools he taught me then I tweaked them and came up with my own processes and there are several good reasons to keep a clean truck easier on pre trip DOT inspection eliminates distractions and health I think you are good mentor
I completely understand you wanting to keep your truck clean. Nobody here wants someone coming into their home and leaving their trash and dirty laundry around. I had the wrong impression of this man initially, but after watching several of his videos, I can tell he does take pride in his work and he does want his students to succeed. He's not there to be their friend, he is there to teach them to drive the truck and to do it safely. That being said, sometimes personalities just don't mix and that was probably the case here.
Sounds like excuses to me. Doesn't matter whose training you if you are sensitive and need to be babied your going to have problems. Also my experience is some people can't handle not being the boss and can't stand being told what to do unless you soften it up. I say good riddance keep doing your thing
+Junior Honduras Yes sir based on the videos I've seen your just trying to get across how important it is to know what your doing and be safe. If you can't take direction your gonna have a tough time doing anything. You have to humble yourself if you want to know what somebody whose been doing it knows in a short amount of time. Better somebody keep it real with you than you find out because of an accident in my mind.
I have been watching your videos for a while now and pray I get a trainer as cool as you are. I'm currently talking to a recruiter from prime right now.
+Matthew Hellinger that is good I really appreciate it and when you fill out the application please do not forget to add me as a referral and if you have already done so meaning already filled out the application you can always call the recruiter back and have them add my driver code Maturo to the application as a referral. I know your trainee that quit on you and he told me he quit cause you would constantly hike your leg and fart while he was trying to drive. He said the stench was so bad, tears would fill his eyes and he couldn't see the road ahead of him. He said it was a safety thing.
i am joining in june.. i hope u train me... i like trainers who dont baby the trainee.. u teaching life lessons... quitters will be quitting all their life
Men dont worry, I am also a trainer i keep my truck just as clean as u do cause this is home for me, away from home, I met u at Springfield and u watch yr video's u do a wonderful 👏 job ,keep it up
Watched his progress videos - NO reflection on you or Steven. Every trainer has a style & each is different. Not every style & student are compatible. Just like women! I saw from day1 you guys didn't connect. It happens. Learning to fly, I had 2 tutors. One I connected with and learned, the other made me nervous as hell and I floundered. Both awesome pilots but diff styles. Similar with motorbike licence. I didn't gel with one tutor, the other one was great for me. But the guy whose style I didn't like taught me one trick the great fella didn't manage to get through to me. So they both helped, and appreciated both their help. Take that from this guy. Steven now got his licence and although he moved on, you were still part of it his skill set. Cheers.
PS - Both those tutors are now my good friends. The bike tutor with a style that wasn't for me eradicated my one recurring and infuriating mistake within FIVE minutes! I still use that technique to this day, some 8 years later. My hotheaded flying instructor with over 18,000hrs and 18 engine failures(!!!) is still alive and well and grumpily retired. But all four were instrumental in my progression and I'm grateful to them all. Steven will probably see it that way with you. Worthwhile videos; a lot of instructors from all kinds of fields will learn teaching techniques from your series.
Again, I have been a trainer for 15 years. You need to always be calm with the students no matter what. If they see the Instructor is getting hyped up, that will make them more nervous. First time he told me I was to clean he ended with my house isn't half this clean. Every reason you've given for why your that clean is every reason I've given. Lastly he got sick this last week and he told me quote " I'm sick because you clean too much". Keep doin what ur doin cause it all looks good on this end.
+Luis Patino Wow he got sick because you clean too much? I can only imagine what he looks like on the inside after trying to live that way. Who knows how long he had been doing it prior to you teaming up with him. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍👍
I wish i had u as my trainer. Im about to start my training monday lol with the help of your videos i have ideas of what to expect.
Your videos are great man. Keep them coming
+Richardo Garcia I really appreciate it. Thank you 👍😎 I wish you the best out there and give it your 100% at all times
too clean means you nag
I wish I could have you as a trainer ! From watching your videos, you seem like you have a lot of patience for students.
+Jason Dietz Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
Come to New Mexico and pick me for training! I just got my cdl permit and want to hit the road asap to get my license !
I know this is a old video but I had to comment I would be honored to have you as a trainer Junior your very knowledgeable I have actually learned allot just watching your videos that says allot I could only imagine how well you are in person as a trainer you ask me your top notch brother
I really appreciate you watching and thank you 👍
It's very interesting your videos , very few people are willing to post videos for us to learn about the steps of training and get the necessary licence to drive big rigs ....greatings form Romania great videos to watch, liked them very much keep doing the great work and don't let anyone let you down because you are doing a good job. Respect
+DriverYull33 I appreciate it 😎😎 Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
+DriverYull33 I appreciate it 😎😎 Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
+Jeff Albers Yes that is the only way for them to learn, is by doing it themselves. Thank you 👍
Not going to lie.
You look a good trainer to me. I just passed my test and got my first job on Monday just hope my nerves dont get the better of me.
+Ross cannon Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
Ross cannon go back to other job otr is a joke
I jave been watching your videos cuz I am starting a CDL A course next week and I was just thinkin' just right before i saw this one that i hope my instructor is as good as this guy. Been watching the parking and backing vids the most. Keep it up. I have the pretrip in my list next.
It might be the recording of everything the trainee is doing. The trainee is already nervous they don't need to be recorded and posted on social media. I've been a trainer for 4 years and I've been driving for 15
+G LocedNLoaded Gatling its not like im doing it without their consent. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
Oh ok, I just remember how embarrassed I was when I started. keep doing your thing driver, stay safe and keep the rubber to the ground.
+G LocedNLoaded Gatling Thank you 👍👍 and you be safe as well
U did very gd buddy I watch your videos ur the strongest trainer and patient.👌
Training new drivers in a manual transmission is a bad idea in my opinion. Manual transmissions are dissappearing, 90% of semis use automatics. It makes more sense to get the basics down first, then move to manual transmissions. Manual transmissions are very dangerous when mountain driving, or even on slick roads.
Yeah. New students shouldn’t start off in manual because they will then have a harder time and will focus too much on shifting and will forget to check mirrors. Watch trailers and other important stuff. It’s good to train in manual after you have got a CDL and know how to drive a truck very well .
New guy was shook! I'd love to take your class Junior Honduras! You are an outstanding trainer!!
+gta freaks Sherow 😎 I appreciate that and thank you 👍Also thanks for watching
I think he didn't like the RUclips videos
+Ed D he was okay with the videos from the beginning
No se pura paja con el vicho
+Ed D como asi?
I agree with why the trainee quit too. You can’t sit there and yell at someone that has never drove a big rig. It takes time to get used to shifting. Being on the road is nerve wracking enough when you’re starting out.
Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
Everyone is not going to click in this world, bro. It's no big deal when you run across the few that you don't connect with. When I was training, I was like 3 of 28 that I put off my truck or wanted off my truck...
+SAINT4Real 4Real Thank you 👍
Salute to you my brother 🇭🇳 keep reaching those that want to learn 💯
I really like the way you handle the neg comments,,,"Thank you and thanks for watching" every time, that prior service shows.
+defunkymonky I appreciate it and its the only way to do it when you don't have time for that stuff. 👍👍
verdad
+defunkymonky 👍
If you were here in Columbus OH I would be happy to learn from you. You seem to show a lot of patients and will to teach.
+Brian Benton yes and 😎👍Thank you
Clean = by the book. Not messy.
+alphatan2 Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
My brother and I worked for the same company running solo and we decided to team up. I got out of my truck and into his. First day he told me, he keeps his truck so clean that if you drop a tater chip on the floor, it'll be cleaner when you pick it up than it was when you dropped it. He's a little OCD lol
I wish I could get you as my trainer. Preparing to go to CR England next month, but I learned a lot from you. Became a subscriber and a follower today. Hope to meet you out there!
I thank you very much and I appreciate you subscribing. I also am glad that the videos have helped you. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍👍
I think he was looking for a date not a trainer
+Truck Driver 101 Yeah. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
I worked for PTL ten years ago, when I met my trainer he had me pull out of a space at a truck stop and then back into it again. He sat in the cab from Nashville to Jackson then he went to the sleeper and played video games. I drove all the way to texas.
+Don Julio ohh ok thats good. 👍😎👍
Heyyy junior, I want you to help me out and be my trainer, I will greatly appreciate your help bro, how can we contact?

Good trainer.
It takes alot of patience to do what you do.
God bless and safe travels
+Alcides Martinez I really appreciate that 👍 Thank you 😎
Did you feel while you were training him that he was never really getting what you were saying and just kinda said yeah and hoped for the best ?, and also was their any one reason why he left ?
+Brayden Taylor I thought that he was doing good while he was on my truck. As to why you got off the truck I cannot say any more than what I said on the video because that's all I know. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
no problem.. i have two buddies that drive trucks . i have the most respect for you guys.. man just keep doing what you doing and be hard on these guys if they like it or not because in the end it will be worth it
You make me nervous and I'm just watching the video haha
+Tony Medina 😂😂 Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
Man I watch your videos all the time I think you do a damn good job training someone that's just me
stan broniszewski so true lol
+stan broniszewski 👍
+matthew reed 100%
matthew reed why do think there master yoda
At first I thought he may not have driven a manual - stick - transmission vehicle before. To be frank I thought that your instructions were a bit random at first. Maybe just concentrate on a few things at a time instead of a whole lot of different commands at once. I think you are a lot better than a lot of instructors I have seen though.
+Smurphenstein Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
I've been watching your training videos and I think your a kick ass trainer!! Plus you keep your truck immaculate !! Shit, his loss. Keep up the good work Honduras...
+144 V4P3R Thank you 👍
Junior, I was an instructor of 17 years (NOT in trucking) and if I was starting in trucking, I would want YOU to train me. Based on your videos and your instructing style, we feel the same way about our professions and our goals to have the most successful students with the best information you can provide. Don't change a thing, pal.
+53KJB Thank you and thanks for watching 👍👍
20 years sgo. We wojld leave on Sunday come back late Friday nite and he said we never had time to shower, clean up or vlea out the truck. Do you know how bad the truck smelled with 2 stinky men after after a week on the road. You sound like a great trainer!
+Bill Smith Wow, I can only imagine what it was like in that situation. That is crazy and to this day there are still people/trainers like that.
I Am thinking of getting my CDL, I would love to have a trainer like you bruh. Super chill an patient..
+Paul Williams 😎 I appreciate that and thank you 👍Also thanks for watching
You can never be too clean!
+Ivañ Killins Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
I got nerves too but I pushed through it and got it done, my trainer told me don't touch my shit done dirty my shit and don't fuck up my shit lmao but I didn't do any of that and I pushed through and now on my own almost a year on the 15th
+Tone Tone Congratulations, Thank you for watching 👍
It's true young people don't know how to get spoken to how they need to be spoken to these days. Driving the big trucks is a huge learning curve and responsibility and you can't approach these trainees lightly on the matter. If they're not catching on fast enough, they could kill someone. It's that simple. Maybe he's cut out for a box truck.
+Clarity Elise 😎 I appreciate that and thank you 👍Also thanks for watching. AAAAAMEN!!
Be the Safest of Safe and Prosperous in your travels.
you're a good trainer...I would like to have a trainer that going to push me to do better.....
+Anthony smith Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
Your truck can never be too clean. I went through training 15 years ago and will have to do it again. Although my trainer was great his truck was nasty. It is definitely your second home and keeping it clean is very important. After I finish my CDL school and another couple of months I hope that I can get a trainer that will have a clean truck
You did your job. And your passionate about what your doing.
+Volvo Life Thank you 👍
I live in Australia and in a few years i will be on my way to the usa and get into trucking there, I come from a family of truckers in Aus but my knees are not up to Australian trucks (cabovers). I hope i get a trainer as good as you mate. keep up the great work
+Jason Barber Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
too clean wtf? you would have been the perfect trainer/mentor for me
+Kevin M I said the same thing to myself. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
My trainer was an old school truck driver. He smoked 2 packs a day in the truck and cussed like a there was no tomorrow! I did learn a lot from him.
+Al Rod Wow, I do see that alot but to each their own. Glad you was able to learn even with all the hurdles. 👍
b trucker, that was rude and ignorant. I think the man just wanted a friend, which I dont think a trainer should be.You are a trainer and sounds like a good one.
+Deborah Anderson Thank you 👍👍
+Junior Honduras train me bro
+Gus Gil I can't train you now. I have a student as we speak. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
+Junior Honduras okay buddy
+Gus Gil No problem and Thank you again. 👍
I love the fact that you're so clean!! I wish youd train me!. I'm headed off with a trainer in a week. I hope hes as good as you. You are a good trainer. You wouldn't make me nervous. He'll find out.
it's not made for everyone (driving) lol
Started from Honduras now we here. Respect your hustle catracho
"you keep it clean" now that's strange. I hope my trainer is clean because I can't stand living in a dirty house/truck.
+p2o8wer Yes and I hope you get someone clean as well. Goodluck 👍
You're doing a great job. I have managed people my whole life. I would like to have you train me if I was 40yrs younger.Keep up the good work.
+Jack Frost 😎 I appreciate that and thank you 👍Also thanks for watching
that guy didnt even know how to throw gears or use a clutch and on top of that wants to drive a semi with a trailer
+TheOzflyer EXACTLY!! Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
YOU Look Scary You Made Him Nervous 😨
+Iftekhar Khan yes I said the same thing.
Good job
Hes a good dude tough but tough is what you need to make it in the real world so that makes him a great trainer ..
My trainer told me when approaching a stop or a turn off to get your shifting over with ahead of time so you can concentrate on maneuvering the truck safely
+sjtf2 yes not all cases are the same. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
"too clean" haha
+tt Talavera Yes Sir 👍
Oh you gave me a great laugh, thank you very much! To clean? Really? Okay. I drive semi myself and I keep this truck pretty damn clean as well. Been driving for two and a half years now and I plan on starting to train at the beginning of 2021.
Not Connecting!? hell isn't he ( the trainee ) there to make money, not friends? I always kept my truck clean and maintained...DOT looks at that when they do a inspection, it can save you alot of heartache. Most of the time they would just ask for paperwork.
+Mr. Fontenot That's right. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
Pump pump.stop stop. Is not that hard
+Nurudin khadar Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
Neutral gear neutral gear not pump pump
Appreciate your videos Catracho...keep them coming...
Maybe he did you a favor by getting off the truck. Trainees don't realize that their lack of knowledge can get themselves killed & their trainer.
+stan broniszewski Life is hard and if wasn't then it wouldn't be called life. Thank you 👍👍
Junior Honduras wow. He quit?? That's crazy!!!
+SendFeedback1252012 yup
Junior Honduras on a personal level I didn't care for my trainer but on a professional level I respected him and learned his way and understood why he did what he did when i got my truck i used the tools he taught me then I tweaked them and came up with my own processes and there are several good reasons to keep a clean truck easier on pre trip DOT inspection eliminates distractions and health I think you are good mentor
+Adrian Ortiz I really appreciate the kind words my friend. Thank ypu and thanks for watching 👍
+Politically Incorrect very much true and I appreciate that. Thank you 👍
Sounds like excuses to me. Doesn't matter whose training you if you are sensitive and need to be babied your going to have problems. Also my experience is some people can't handle not being the boss and can't stand being told what to do unless you soften it up. I say good riddance keep doing your thing
+Jay's Music You are absolutely right about everything you just said and Thank you. I will most definitely keep doing my thing 👍👍
+Jay's Music You are absolutely right about everything you just said and Thank you. I will most definitely keep doing my thing 👍👍
+Jay's Music Yes, Thank you 👍
After watching the videos, I am amazed he made it a week and a half with you.
+Brock Snyder Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
te va a acusar con donald trump
+Erick Gerardo Si esque no lo a hecho ya. 😆👍
I think your videos are awesome and I learned some great pointers
+Jonathan Frost I really appreciate it. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
your only doing your job well done
I have been watching your videos for a while now and pray I get a trainer as cool as you are. I'm currently talking to a recruiter from prime right now.
+Matthew Hellinger that is good I really appreciate it and when you fill out the application please do not forget to add me as a referral and if you have already done so meaning already filled out the application you can always call the recruiter back and have them add my driver code Maturo to the application as a referral. Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
was he white lol
You are racist.
jesss
Not at all
+Luis SANTIAGO Thank you and thanks for watching
I know your trainee that quit on you and he told me he quit cause you would constantly hike your leg and fart while he was trying to drive. He said the stench was so bad, tears would fill his eyes and he couldn't see the road ahead of him. He said it was a safety thing.
i am joining in june.. i hope u train me... i like trainers who dont baby the trainee.. u teaching life lessons... quitters will be quitting all their life
I been watching you're videos motivates me to get my cdl ..
+Boo5ted_lexus626 loera I appreciate that and thank you 👍
Men dont worry, I am also a trainer i keep my truck just as clean as u do cause this is home for me, away from home, I met u at Springfield and u watch yr video's u do a wonderful 👏 job ,keep it up
Watched his progress videos - NO reflection on you or Steven.
Love how you train. Hope you are still there when I come LORD willing.
Ai am from NJ, and ai was born in Brazil, ai want to come over, ai the CDL class A, but no experience errol, is possible you help me.
+Clodoaldo Guimaraes reach me at my email and we will go from there. ( Honduras81@live.com ) Thank you and thanks for watching 👍
man i see much respect in u bro and i know i wouldnt mind coming back out there to get trained by you - much respect bro
+james thomas Thank you 👍👍
