Yeah that comes in handy. The newest firestick remote is a different size, so the ones I use don’t fit sadly. So I got a new one that’s not glow in the dark

I replaced my batteries 3x as I’m trying to pair my remote to my Tv and firestick, but my remote is showing Battery offline. So I’m using my phone as my remote. Have you tried a replacement remote? Or a Bluetooth game controller? Like PlayStation or Xbox?

Sounds like low batteries or interference. I would call Amazon fire is support. Maybe they will send you a new remote. But try the batteries first. Get good ones (energizer)

My remote does not control the volume but performs all other tasks. My TV brand is not listed in the list of TV brands.
