I’d love to see how you did your drains. Did you just elbow down and across to end of trailer to your gate valves? This video is awesome! I’m following your plan to the tee! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you! Basically, yes. All my drains. Are connected to the long black ABS pipe, which connects to the grey tank. The grey tank elbows down through the floor, then elbows over to the edge of the trailer where I have a gate valve.
Does the water pump give you a pulsing water output and does that bother you? Especially at the pitcher rinser. I've installed a 750ml accumulator tank (not pricey) and it evens out the flow tremendously
@@PressOnMobileCoffee would love to hear if you ever get round to installing one and how much (or not) it improved things :) Had a friend running a coffee cart and his beautiful expensive machine would give this taka-taka-taka water delivery for preinfusion which was quite annoying 😅
You can get it from Lowe’s or Home Depot, or even Ave Hardware. You can also get a “plumbing kit” from classacustoms.com that’s has all of your fresh tank fittings. Here’s the link to it: www.classacustoms.com/Basic-Plumbing-Kit_p_162.html
How is the heating speed of your espresso machine on propane? My research tells me that the drawback of propane-powered Espresso machines is the heating time between shots. Have you experienced this? Thanks!
@@alexandrepapineau4448 there is actually no difference compared to electricity in these new machines. I’ve never had a slow down or delay at all. That was true for older machines but they are awesome now.
@@alexandrepapineau4448 my favorite is Fracino by far. I would say they pioneered the modern propane espresso machine for mobile applications. I order mine from: thecoffeeguys.co.uk/product-category/dual-fuel-coffee-machines/ Wega and Magister are both great machines as well.
You don’t have to use propane but you will need a bigger battery system. I highly recommend Joule Case if you want to run your whole setup on batteries.
@@PressOnMobileCoffee thank you for the info. Propane scares me because I feel I have no idea what I’m doing lol I saw something briefly when looking at tanks about them potentially exploding due to pressure what would cause that ? Thanks

Great video!

Ah yes! It did in the beginning. Not sure why it went away but I was wondering if the accumulator tank would fix it. Thank you!

@@alweek lol oh wow! I can imagine how terrible that would be!
What type of water pump do you use for the espresso machine? Thanks in advance
One Seaflo 33 Series water pump and accumulator tank. That runs all of the plumbing for the trailer plumbing, including the espresso machine.
Do all coffee trailers need the triple sinks?
No. It just depends on your health department. Sometimes they are more lenient if you’re serving coffee/drinks.
Are you just filling the tank with city water from a hose and then filtering after the tank?
Correct. I have a drinking water hose and then I use a 3M filter.
Where did you buy that fill hose from? The one that fills the fresh water tank

Where does the vent hose from gray water tank vent to?
Anywhere outside the trailer is fine.
How many gallons are the fresh water and grey water tanks?
For this build, the fresh was 40 gallon, and grey 35 gallon.

Where did you purchase your water tanks?
ClassACustoms.com. By far the best prices. Go with the “stock tanks.”
