This video is about the purpose of Agile Coaches, and in particular, the importance of demonstrating their value in the current climate of layoffs.
Agile coaches are not just here to spout theory, we are experts in adding measurable value through agile principle and practices.
If we can't demonstrate that value, we cannot expect to be paid.

An Agile coach is a grifter. To hire a coach is entirely anti-Agile. Read the manifesto.

If Agility were as simple as just reading the Manifesto, wouldn't ever organization be achieving it without issues?
I don't deny that there are a lot of grifters who pose as agile coaches, but the same is true for many fields.
