Просмотров 1595 месяцев назад
In this episode of Honest Agile, we're taking an honest look at Agile frameworks to talk about how they might be harming your agile journey. It's not that they can't be valuable, it's just that they too often become a reason to ignore creativity and critical thinking, which is the true source of agile success. I'd love to know if you agree or disagree with my views here.

An Agile coach is a grifter. To hire a coach is entirely anti-Agile. Read the manifesto. I just saved you 3 minutes You’re welcome.

If Agility were as simple as just reading the Manifesto, wouldn't ever organization be achieving it without issues? I don't deny that there are a lot of grifters who pose as agile coaches, but the same is true for many fields.

Couldn't agree more. we keep focusing on the framework and not on the pillars of Scrum. The question shouldn't be are we doing scrum right. it should be are we transparent? do we truly inspect? Are we adapting to change?

Great suggestions for identifying what can be improved. This way we can have an structured and simple way of identifying what is going wrong and map it to the framework and then create an hypothesis and then try a solution and if it doesn't work you can revisit it again and try something else. Is something i will definetely will implement.
