Wow that fcx10 LC 80 I love the brushless outrunner motor, I think is a beautiful truck and all the features make me think it's as good if not better than the fcx10 Chevrolet Blazer. Absolutely love the channel Ezboy... will you be receiving the 1/7th scale ridge racer from fms. That would be so incredible if you will
I agree other than the fact it's not a Chevy. It is better than the blazer, but they are sending me the stuff to upgrade my blazer. With it to show everybody how simple it can be.

It was always a week or two now I thank God for that lol. I have way too many crawlers. I’m gonna have to put some on eBay. I’m running out of space when it comes on Sunday. It will be lucky number 114 since June 15 of this year. I did get one today in the mail the FMS 1/18 K10. I was looking at that one for a few weeks and then finally one popped up that would only take Amazon two days so I jumped on it now I have all three sizes. Videos up shortly (I hope lol)

Looks awesome! Just ordered one with your link. I’ve wanted to test out the FCX10 for a while, but I already have a Blazer TRX4 and didn’t want a twin. I was wary of the original LC80 because of the lack of lockers, Dig, portals, and complaints about snapping axels. This looks like a perfect fcx10 for me to try. One question. Im not a fan of blinkers on RC. Have you tried configuring them like reverse lights? I’m thinking of switching the main tails the same way you did so that they are always on and moving the signals to work with brake/reverse. Is that feasible?

I'd imagine you could unplug them or the back ones. You can plug into where the reverse lights go, and they would only come on, then instead of turn signals. Good luck to you. I just looked, and yes, it looks like you can remove it. You just pull the 4 screws out. Take it off and put the screws right back in where they were without it. It appears to just be a cover.
Does anyone know if it runs on NiMh? Can't find any information. I really don't want to use Lipo! By the way - looks awesome!!! Sounds like jack of all trades...
Well, you would be able to run one no matter what if it's set on lipo mode. It will just shut off. Once the battery drains to a certain point, but you could still run it.
I know some people are nervous about lifo batteries. But if you take care of them there is no problems, just always watch them. never overcharge them and don't poke a hole in them, you will never have an issue.
I think FMS has had the receiver on their website for a little bit. But I haven't dug into it much because I'm not planning on switching my FCX10 to Brushless
Huge fail putting portal axels on a trail truck. I get its for clearance but its fake as shit how many real life offroad rigs run portals besides a humvee or unimog or trailered dedicated comp rock crawlers. And now 90% of the rc crawling community use portals

the light controller is the same as the other LC80, not the Blazer. Move back 6 to drl 3. remove 1 &2 it turns off turn signals

I like portal axles, but you can get the straight axles. On the other version, so you do have options.
