This rack has a max capacity of 88lbs so I would not recommend using a roof tent on this rack. When it comes to weight capacity you always want to refer to your vehicle manufacturers handbook for max roof loading. Then use the lower of the two figures (roof bars or vehicle roof). www.etrailer.com/Roof-Rack/Rhino-Rack/RRSG59.html
You should be good to go. The Hullavator is designed to work on most roof rack systems including the one featured in the video. www.etrailer.com/Roof-Rack/Rhino-Rack/RRSG59.html
No, the rack has very specific measurements as to where each bar fits on the vehicle. Randy installed both bars correctly. Rhino Rack tests each application and design the roof rack to be situated at the strongest and safest part of the Jeep's roof. www.etrailer.com/multi-product.aspx?pc1=RRSG59&vehicleid=20181821429&hhmake=Jeep&hhmodel=JL%20Wrangler%20Unlimited&hunter=roof&roofkit=BK_2,SKI_1,C_1,AWN_1,BAG_1,BSK_1&manuf=RHINO
I don't know that off the top of my head, but I do know that the measurement from the center of the front and rear door to the center of the back bar is 19-11/16". You can view a measurement image at the link below. It shows the placement of each bar on a Jeep image. Just scroll down and it's right below the description. www.etrailer.com/Roof-Rack/Rhino-Rack/RRSG59.html
