Tia, i really like when you talk about putting in the work to strengthen your mind and keep your vision for achieving what you thought was never possible as one of your highest goals and practice having such a good mindset. You're just so happy and smiling and its infectious and SUPER inspiring. Makes me want to go home and train haha *starts doing burpees and pullups*

Tia has such dominant strength with a barbell in her hands. Tia's ability to do nearly all the other normal movements like a pro is huge also. But when you can run long (suffer like Sam), sprint and swim like a shark, all at the top of the of your field. Pretty unstoppable at that point.

Did you ever tried to train 12x a week and specializing your hole life like nutrition, sleep, recovery, training for that one goal and do that for years with a really good athletic background and genetics? Probably not because you don’t have that long term thrive or your mind/body is not strong enough and because you are not able to to it, everyone else ist not right? So the only solution is cheating. But ever considered that there are other people different than you?
