I know a lot of guys are about that "low low" life on the big rigs but I think it sits damn near perfect as it is now. And the black and chrome/polished look is perfect.
I agree. It's just the perfect height without having to worry too much about hitting every single thing on the ground. Plus looks just perfect.

Looks good. Silent Mike isn't so silent anymore. Custom Pete with a backup alarm? Ditch the backup alarm. Totally kills the badassery vibe you're going for.
Remember greh, heavy usage and frame twisting from torque might hve been permanently done. I've seen it happen.

Starting to look nice, some round classic headlights would fit nice to.
Its almost time to go truckin. Truck looks sick slammed on the front and a big ol bumper. The 7 or 8 inch pipes guna make it pop.

Another good looking modification is U-Bar Mirror brackets, they really clean the look up!
22.5 on the steers will bring it down another 2 inches. You’ll be sitting sweet at that. Also air ride front end you will need to remove one leaf to get the slammed look. Truck looks beautiful already!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Check alignment of front axle, front hanger to bolts. There is enough play centre pin to hole.

Headlight mods look great, and the lowering was much needed! Bumper really made the truck look alot more complete. Once those shiny sewer pipes are on, it'll really be looking great. Good work bro

You can't go wrong with a Black and Chrome 379 Peterbilt! I think you should keep some of the chrome (I know you love your blacked out)
If you are going to put air bags on the front have you also thought of changing from drum to disc’s while you’re at it?

When ya get the new headlights....swap the high/ low ones to the inside slot and high beam to outside slot.....better yet I like the 5by7 single version on dropped spindles.......looking nice now....

the long nose petes 🤤. That's my favorite part about working at the fire Department starting those big diesels up. Our tanker is a 3000 gallon kenworth w900 big cam Cummins my favorite truck to drive, most people are afraid I love it.

Lookig good, front airride would make it 100%. Front airride from Horst or Jimmy Ferrell are probably the best out there. They both are out of Pennsylvania, I get about 6 inches of travel in the front airbags, all controlled from the cab, u can really slam it when parked and raise it when needed

Swap the steers to 255/70r22.5 and you’ll drop the front another 3 inches. Be warned your driveshaft u-joints will be on borrowed time but it’s small price to pay 😂

The one thing that kinda surprised me greg is with all the holes you've drilled on the Peterbilt, you don't have a mag drill!!

Larger tires up front are because of the weight rating. Larger tire the higher the weight rating.
That bumper would look great in black chrome. Js
