Warren, i've Been subsscraibed to your Chaneel for about 2 years, I enjoy watching your videos 👍, i'm a diesel mechanic, I hope you well have 100k subs. One Day ☺️👍
Seen many John deere with bad seats, in US must it be very expensive to change seats!! Very nice little tractor haven't seen that model before. Nice work as usual have a good day Warren!
I split my 1961 Case 530 backhoe, and never even thought about the front axle pivot. The loader stayed on so I never got to experience the pivot action. Haha. I had to split it a second time because some numb nut used the wrong differential spacers and I didn't know because there was no manual. That sure was a lot of work, in the mud.
On those hydraulics the 3 lines are supply return and power beyond the older loaders that went on the JD compacts were easy to remove just a quick disconnect with 4 couplers for the hydraulics put plenty on when I did set up for a JD dealer
All of that for a lever that popped off. Crappy design and rough guy shifting it. Too bad so much work for such a simple item. You make it look so easy and it is actually hard work. John Deere should be loving you. They should pay you for you videos!!! ☺
I’ve got a 3038E JD with a similar 4WD issue. It’s a poor design that the drive shaft housing can’t be removed thru the tunnel and the tractor has to be split to reseal the housing as in this case, change the drive shaft seal or repair a $2.00 dollar part on the 4WD engagement lever. I wonder why he didn’t leave the loader on, reinstall the rear wheels, support the front with a Jack stand and use the floor jack to slide the rear portion back? I’m no mechanic by trade but it looks like a lot less work than removing all of the loader controls and the loader. Warren would you please explain? Thanks
Excellent Video. I have one of these and the three point seems to have failed. Either goes to top or bottom. No in between. Got any ideas? Got a video on this problem?
@@westerntruckandtractorrepa1353 good thank you I had to deal with too much death this month, so dont want to see anyone else have love ones in trouble
I knew it was a matter of time before I’d see a 3e in the shop for a split, the quality I find on those tractors aren’t particularly great. What’s your thoughts?
Shain Andrews People can say what they want, I’ve got three pre emissions Kubota tractors. M series, L series, and B series. Had them since 2003. Other than fluids & filters the only repair needed was a steel hydro line on my B series developed a crack in it after the warranty expired. Kubota USA paid for the line and I installed it. The preventive maintenance I do on all my trucks and equipment is impeccable . None of them leak, use oil, or need anything. I’ve got nothing against Deere or New Holland but my Kubotas have given me no reason to want to buy anything else.
Dale olson I don’t think that series is Yanmar. The tranny housing had Made in the USA on it. As far as I know , all Yanmar products are still sourced from Japan. This series is JD’s cheapest compact.
I've had a 4105. Similar build quality. Loader is casted in China, Plastic hood and fenders. Seat and steering wheel is off of a lawn mower, and the steering wheel is non adjustable. The only really strong point about them is the engine.
You are some kind of wrench.I have a 3320.I hope it never breaks. What mean little machine to work on.Thanks for hard work showing us!!
That’s a lot of work for a small repair....I guess that’s just how they are built....Thanks for another great video!
Warren, I love your videos. I cannot believe you don’t have 100K subscribers.
Maybe I am not politically correct enough , Idk ?

Don't need crane for picking anything up - you can carry most of the parts
Big or small, Warren fixes them all! WTH happened to the seat?!
He's a cattleman.
Warren, go to bed dude! Don't you have to work in the morining?! Haha! Hello from southern Minnesota.

It's asphalt, anything gets on it , it soaks it up.
western truck and tractor b. G by
Warren try to talk them in a seat upgrade.
joe tiller amen to that, it irritates me when tractors don’t have a good seat on them especially when they expect you to sit on it all day.
good vid
How much time would you say it took to complete the repair? Just looking for a ball park idea of the time.
What??? Something happen to Duke???? Or just getting old and hard for him to get in and out of truck???
He's fine , he just stayed home today .

Nice video!
That seat would drive me mental haha
money is not a problem with this tractor,be sure amd put a new seat on it!
Now 98% of the tractors we get at the shop have loaders! Big or Small tractors they all have them!
How did you get that pedal lever off
Warren, what use would you have for a little tractor like this ?
Classic loooking John Deere seat after about 10 hours
How did that small Challenger tractor work out
What kind of flashlight do You have?
TALK em into a seat upgrade.. Peace to ya warren...
Nice video sir I'm from India I'm tractor mac I'm your biggest fan i want work with you 😊
Let's hope a judge doesn't subscribe to your channel for the future. Or think of a new reason that you cannot do jury duty lol,.
I cant belive this guy will spend $10,000 2 fix a $2 dollar o ring!
I knew it was a matter of time before I’d see a 3e in the shop for a split, the quality I find on those tractors aren’t particularly great. What’s your thoughts?
Same. Quality is crap, and charge a premium for it to boot. Never thought I would say it, but running orange has been pleasant so far.
