The price is ok, it's the lease time . I believe it's 25 years in Gambia. Eastern countries like Kenya and Uganda have 99 years lease.

Lease is 99 years however lease doesn't mean you don't own the property. If the lease is up one can simply renew it. Lease is a layer of protection on one's property in The Gambia.
