    Please guys fogey, Cowen great golf coaches but it's one or the other because of the different swing thoughts but this graig Hanson he explains so it's easy to understand the golf swing and when you watch him swing the golf club it's like a ballerina swinging a wand I could watch him forever I've learned so much in such a short time mostly how the golf swing really works never had a hero but he comes really close. Keep up the great golf instruction Mr Hanson

    Hi Craig. I've known for a while why I can't get distance. For me, it's lack of lag, or breakdown of lag, as you show in your video. And I'm sure I'm a "Flipper" as well. I have no idea how to fix it. So your analysis should help me through that. Being in a Canadian location, though, our golf season will be over in a month, so I'm not sure what to do. I might forget stuff before next year!! But I'm positive the Hackmotion device Will help. Thanks for the video!😁

    For years I have been pronating the trail hand after impact. This is an excellent explanation of the release. The sound of my impact now sounds better.

    Wow! This is really working. Just went to the driving range and after about 20 shots to assimilate the mouvement now I hit straight balls or draw but no more slice. Make sure you keep your head behind the ball and swing easy, you would be surprise how far the ball is going. 2 years that I struggle with slice or push and this video is the only one that really solved my problem. Thank you Craig!!!

    This is what i really want in my golf swing.. i always have problem releasing the club and that contribute to a lot of timing issues and i can't get my body to swing trough all the way to the finish without chicken winging my left arm.. i have been taught that i need to keep the left hand bowed and left arm straight all the way to the follow through..

      I think it’s important for Amateurs just to understand what is actually happening. Because literally most of them practice the opposite what’s correct.
      Through Misinformation!

    I think one of the issues for ams. is they are releasing at the ball/at impact. As opposed to releasing thru the ball/thru impact.

    I don't know if this shows up on your videos, but.... Look at the difference in the tilt and rotation of the shoulders between amateurs and and pros. If you don't rotate your lower body and your shoulders, you will flip. In other words don't let your arms take over the swing. Keep your hands and arms well behind you before you release. Does that make sense?

    This is some amazingly great/detailed instruction! Two questions, 1 how do you keep the dreaded dragging the handle from happening? 2 Is the major key to this release “Zero Tension” in hands, arms and body? Thanks for your answers in advance!

    11:15 should be watched in a continuous loop. Best players move their arms twice as far and twice as fast on downswing while us amateurs are focused on complicated body movements. It makes no sense.

    Thanx a lot. Great content! One question if appropriate..
    I can get to this position of "0 hcp" (follow through) with irons but have really difficult times to get there with the driver. Just can't release it properly. What could be the main reason?
    Probably, a new video on this topic is a good idea!

      It’s definitely something else in your swing. I would have to see it. worldclassgolf.com/online-lessons
      You get a compressed email and side by side examples and personal drills and private messaging for questions with me with your swing analysis.
      What’s the point in guessing?
      The Release is exactly the same with the driver so something is preventing you.

      @@CraigHansonGolf Thank you for taking the time to respond, I’m coming round to evidence based instruction, and I don’t know why it’s taken me so long; it’s very hard to argue against irrefutable facts like slow motion video 🏌️‍♂️

  • @pohoresky
    @pohoresky Год назад

    I am confused. You say in the video the right wrist is in flexion in the release . Yet when I look at the video (as per video demo at 1.50 mark) it shows right wrist being extended or in extension with the left or lead wrist being bent back or in flexion. I think you meant to say right wrist is in extension not flexion in the release with the right wrist on top of let wrist.

      Is there not enough slow motion clips and demonstrations for you? -

    • @CraigHansonGolf
      @CraigHansonGolf  Год назад +1

      There’s probably never been a video made like that on youtube.
      With slow motion clips from angles we have never seen. Countless drills and movements. And 3D Avatars in split screens showing exactly what’s happening.
      And you don’t understand? Wow 😮

    • @pohoresky

      Great video no doubt and very unique and did not mean to detract from its central message that is very valid. I do try to listen to you very carefully and when you say something that does not add up ( we all do at times in the moment) I thought I would bring it to your attention. We all do it. Not a big deal. But I see you are taken aback. No offense meant.@@CraigHansonGolf

      I just watched the video and i said it. correctly? - Right wrist flexion in the through swing and right wrist extension prior to impact?

    • @CraigHansonGolf
      @CraigHansonGolf  Год назад +1

      @@pohoreskyI think your actually mixed up.
      Watch it again. Right wrist flexion in the through swing and right wrist extension in the downswing.
      I said it correctly ??????
      I cant stand it when people write negative comments when they are incorrect.
      Because it makes it look like that it’s incorrect. And has a negative effect on the video because people read this.
