    In which part of Montenegro did you get your apartment ? As a native from this country, i can tell you that it can get quite an isolating country for people coming from the outside. The slavic mentality is quite harsh. From a Montenegriner living in western Europe.

      I just saw your last video about the things you don't like in Montenegro. I will say, don't ever apologize for being honest. What you have to understand is, even people living in the dumpsters, don't like other people critisize their place, en objectively. However, they know themselves how shitty their dumpsters can be, but they don't want to lose face. I call it a facade and false pride. Still, i wish you the best time in my native country.

    why don't you share how much the property sold for so we can get an idea of what you can get for your money in Podgorica?

      @@fivefootnomad Your apartment tour provides a clear idea of the quality of life, unlike real estate websites where it's hard to gauge. I'm looking for a source that clearly shows both the property and the surrounding area, along with the costs. Why is that so difficult to find? 😥 Im just going to move in next door to you and play my music loud. 🤣

    According to the documents, what level of earthquake on the Richter scale can this building withstand? Podgorica is located in a very dangerous zone. It's only a matter of time before there's an earthquake.

    • @fivefootnomad
      @fivefootnomad  7 месяцев назад

      Hmm so far there have not been direct earthquakes here to the best of my knowledge. The only times I’ve felt something has been very mild ripple effects from Turkey and Greece. I have to find out what level of earthquake the building can withstand though.

    Nice video thanks for theeyes opening videos how do i get to Montenegro from Nigeria

    • @fivefootnomad
      @fivefootnomad  Год назад

      Thank you so much. To get to Montenegro from Nigeria you will need a Montenegrin visa and you have to apply through the Serbian Embassy in Abuja, they handle all visa's for Montenegro.
      Subsequently, if you have a valid US, UK or Schengen multiple entry visa, you can visit Montenegro without needing to get a Montenegro visa.

      Hi, good to hear you're planning to migrate to Montenegro. For business opportunities in Montenegro, I think any tourism related activity could do well here, also activities/businesses catering to women and children could be good as they're a bit low here.

      Medical insurance is very affordable, I think it is around 60 Euros per person per month. The emergency medical care along the coast is lacking, it's best to be in Podgorica if you are concerned about your health. It is also the best city for shopping, schools, culture etc. Real Estate is much more affordable here than on the coasts and it is only 1h to 1.5h drive to the beaches and the same length of drive to the mountains if you want to enjoy the snow during the winter.
