We have been traveling full-time for six years now, and every time we visit a new country such as Montenegro we evaluate whether or not it is somewhere we could live as an expat. We had never heard of Montenegro until just a few years ago, and now it is one of our favorite countires. Montenegro has so much to offer the expat: fascinating history, spectacular scenery, interesting culture, and reasonable prices.
