INGREDIENTS :
बेसन - १/२ कप (५० ग्राम)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ + १.५ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १/२ + १.५ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १/२ + १.५ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - २ चुटकी + १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच +
दही - १ कप
देशी घी - २ चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च
गरम मसाला - १/४ छोटा चम्मच

Gramflour - ½ cup (50 gm)
Red Chilli powder - ½ + 1.5 tsp
Salt - ½ + 1.5 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - ½ + 1.5 tsp
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Asafoetida - 2 pinch + ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Curd/ Yogurt - ½ cup
Desi Ghee - 2 table spoon
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
