God I want one of these cam set ups. Just seeing ur jig underwater dancing around would be worth it to me. It is SO easy to get lazy and stop working the bait after 20-30 minutes with no bites, not knowing if there are fish cruising by and watching ur dead limp bait..
I have used a flasher before, but its just nowhere near the same.

What size do you start to put the crappies back? We tend to keep 10-13 inches or so and then every once in a while keep a couple dong 14's but the lake we fish here in ND is stacked with big ones.

Anything over 12 I'd release. This lake in the video is loaded with 8-10 inch crappie, bit not many bigger.
