I had a born sleeping baby boy in 1970. I was 8 1/2 months He weighed 5 lbs 4 Oz's. I was immediately moved off the maternity ward. I was in shock and still under medication. The nurse asked me if I wanted to see my baby. That was certainly no time to ask. I said no. Now I see all the babies and memorials. I have nothing except sad regrets. I should have been told that I had options. The hospital took care of whatever.? Is there anyway I could find his birth certificate?
Sherry Tahchman you go to or call the county courthouse for the county of the hospital the baby was born in. You give his name, date and approx time or birth, and what hospital. I think it’s under $30 for it.
