I dont see hisayama as a people pleaser and think he wants to keep his vision on what aot is intact. AOE would be a nice surprise but i have more faith in winning at a casino than it being real.

I want AOE to be true, but I haven't seen anything in the animation that's convinced me tbh EXCEPT for the mirror man OVA. I've been burned by this before with Mass Effects Indoctrination Theory. For starters, where is our cut off point for giving up on AOE? is it closing credits or earlier?
1) The anime only scene when Gabi sniped Eren’s head off has wierd paths stuff going on 2) Why did it seem like Willy Tybur knew he was going to die that day? (He is shown to even say good bye to his family). His actions before going to the stage is not the same with his speech to the world at all as if he knew he had to die exactly on that day. 3) Beserk Eren Titan scene only in the anime. He said interesting stuff in his beserk Titan form. Mikasa even had to even fight him. His fight with Annie is different in the manga. 4) His promise to Mikasa when he was able to use the coordinate after he made contact with Dina’s Titan
The alternate “manga” timeline IS the paths timeline. It happened in a completely different reality, and the ending is revealing that the paths doesn’t just connect subjects of Ymir over time, it connects all possible lifetimes they could have. The way I understood it is that the original timeline (which AOE theorists pretend is just a paths conversation) had Mikasa and Eren run away, but then when Eren does the world is destroyed and he did nothing to save the island. That’s why when he wakes up he remembers the “See you later Eren” Because from that point forward he was in a new timeline. BOTH timelines exist in the manga, and this is what Isayama was alluding to when he mentioned the Muv Luv (spelling?) story. It was his plan to have this timeline be the one where titans actually ceased to exist, because they are the ultimate symbol of slavery. Slavery to your own violence. Eren had the power of the coordinate and was able to understand that this was the only version of events that would grant others freedom, but it had to be through Mikasa’s hands, so he had to force her into it. That’s why he doesn’t talk with her about why he’s doing all these awful things. The manga ending is very clunky and confusing, and to me it just feels like no editor looked at it and fully understood what was going on, but didn’t bother to tell Isayama to revise things. The exposition dialogues were an attempt at explaining what was going on, but they also contradict other things like the fact that Ackerman’s can’t have their memories wiped. I think Eren saying that all of that cabin timeline was a paths conversation isn’t accurate. It’s clearly supposed to be a full alternate timeline that him and Mikasa lived through. That’s why Mikasa has all the headaches because she’s remembering that timeline because she lived in it. It wasn’t just a chat with Eren like all the other characters. It was a full lifetime where they lived together but she forgot it thinking it was a dream.

And funny enough, there is another scene that was as Mikasa, the opposite of what we see in the Season 4 : the flying bird above Falco (yet there is no reason to do such a thing, there should be no meaning behind this bird)
I think Zerokay is the father, he has always believed AOE will happen but there have been time when Always Tryhard was saying he thinks it might not happen
No spoilers, just goes over the hints and clues throughout manga and anime, but if youre smart, I wouldnt watch it because you can deduce the conclusion of the manga on your own using the context of the video

Many people from outside Paradis are these people. Like Onyankopon, not just Asians. If they weren’t, everyone technically would have been sent in paths when Eren announced to the Eldians his plans. They weren’t because we see Marleyans outside the Eldian interminent camps confused why the Marleyans Eldians panicked about the upcoming Rumbling. The Ackermans is quite the exception. They are Eldian so they can enter paths but the thing is they cannot be influenced by the Founder. Mikasa is also more so because she’s part Asian, cannot be influenced like those outside Paradis. Both her ancestors cannot be influenced but one of them being the Ackermans allows her to enter paths.
