Those weapon models are so fantastic, especially the living alien weapons. I thought at first the giant green weapon would be a nuke launcher rather than something that disables mechs.
this weapon preview is (not gonna lie ) a very good show case of your talent for designing 90s-2000s video game weapons. with that being said, i do have a piece of criticism however, which is best expressed in one word..."redundancy" specially with the abundance of full-auto guns/rifles, (from my perspective at least) each of the full-auto weapons have around the same role/function (aside of mabye power differences) there aren't even any recoil differences. my suggestion:try to slim down the roster of full auto weapon from 4 weapons to mabye 2,or try to establish more unique attributes to each of the full auto guns so each weapon has it's utility/play-style in the sandbox, for example in HALO CE,the assault and plasma rifles had their different play-styles from one and another ,in the sense that each one has advantages and disadvantages that balanced the usage of both weapons(especially when the game forces you to occasionally equip new weapons off of the ground via it's two weapon limit), research about this more,it may help you have a better and more balanced sandbox(i also recommend you to keep my advice in mind while finalising enemy and level design,balance is what distinguishes the decent from the great !) This looks amazing! it already feels like a GoldenSrc game, like Half life or Counter strike
One of the best examples of truly retro look that i've seen. Most devs would apply pixelization filter and call it a day
I like it, artstyle reminds me of early 2000 games like Voyager Elite Force and Elite Force II. The guns are also very industrial + biopunky
