I don't think she's from a game or anime, the product description on the figma site says: A new series based on the combined themes of weapons, high school girls and figma! The second in the series is a figma of Ichi from the "Heavily Armed High School Girls" illustrations released on the internet by illustrator neco! Same with the Bionic Joshikosei and the Little Armory girls, these are just based off artwork that they decided to make into figures.
Ah i thought it might of been an anime or game that they have made and then they just made the figures, i'm guessing that they might make something into it if it got a lot of traction or something like that. Wouldn't mind checking out the art work tho as it looks interesting, i love the figures to be honest tho

Interesting to see what other characters are released for the heavily armed girls line. I also like the little armory line but decided not to get into them. I finally caved and preordered a couple of the upcoming Arms Note figmas. Their artwork looked cool and the prototypes looked just like them. Anyway cool review.
I was going to get into the Little Armory range as well but i didn't like the one i got, there is a review coming soon of it. I do like the heavily armoured range, The Arms Note girls are the ones i want to keep going with it all. I'm glad that you liked the video, there are more to come

Armory+school girls are always means money for action figures. From armory girls, kantai collection, black rock shooted...etc.

Yeah it’s included with the figure, all figma figures come with them which is amazing as some figures don’t stand up without them
