The key to fixing an old battery is to buy a new battery. My boat battery died and wouldn't take a charge so I got a new one. Once the old battery was out of the boat and in the garage, I figured why not try again. That sumbitch fixed it by the next day. I was shocked. It also fixed a moped battery of ours. But failed at fixing 2 jetski batteries. It's been about 50/50 at making a dead battery come back to life.

out of 7 here - I've fixed 0 with it. Wish I had your luck, I keep trying it every once in a while though! The camper batteries will most likely get replaced but there's no point in it right now, it's Autumn and it's just going to sit til spring. Have you tried replacing the acid in any that you played with?

i dont know if this happened but you can drop a battery on the ground to shock it back to life

In my humble opinion, you will need to charge the batteries after you recondition them.
