    Sir I have a doubt
    Fluorine only has high E.N but u said Iodine has high E.N

    • @EniyavanChinnathambi
      @EniyavanChinnathambi Год назад

      Because iodine large atomic size or atomic radius
      Because atomic radius increases along group
      According to group 17
      F - low atomic size
      Cl
      Br
      I - high atomic size
      If the atomic size is more then it is very easy for cation to attract electron
      But in case of fluorine atomic size is small
      So covalent character more in lithium Iodide
