What a fantastic speech man. Randy is such a cool dude! A little arrogant, but rad! This is exactly how I would expect and hope for a Brockie memorial to be!

Thank you for your kind words Randy. I'm glad you were such a close friend of Dave's and I imagine drew much inspiration from him and GWAR. Also glad you didn't have to do serious jail time for the complete injustice done to you. If that had been some hip hop/pop star the US government would of got involved. But because your a metal act they just swept you under the rug. But Dave didn't, your friends and family didn't. And your fans sure as hell didn't!!! Love ya bro,N8knox

I feel as if Randy's ego seems to show a little bit here with a few of his comments. Its rather subtle, but still present. Anyway, I never got to meet Dave in person, but saw Gwar 4 times and each show was great. Dave made the world a much more colorful place. His lingual mastery over the obscene and absurd was unparalleled, and brought me smiles and laughter countless times.

I agree for the most part, but a funeral is not the place for it. Hell Id wager 99% of folks there and watching online already know who he and his band are. if one of my closest friends died mentioning my band and their success would be the last thing to cross my mind

***** Can't disagree with you, but this guy was completely full of himself from the beginning. I met him several times before his band "made it," and he has always been an arrogant douche.

Mentioning the gas station people all covered in shit, I was like 14 the first time I saw them, and my sister was checking her car had towels to cover the seats before we left, I didn’t know what to expect. She said they sprayed shit everywhere, I thought she was exaggerating. She was not. We got tacos after late in the AM just absolutely soaked. I tried to catch them everytime they came through town after that

We got a badass over here. You must’ve gotten some shitty acid because three hits of some good shit is more than enough to fuck you up. Sure you could’ve taken 8 but it was completely unnecessary.

I know its Brockie's death and everyone was feeling sad and goofy but why was that audience so loud and abnonxious, Randy was trying to speak about his freind Dave Brockie and the audience sounded rude but maybe that wasnt how it was in person but man come on, shut up and let Randy speak
