    Noel's vocal wasn't the best on the original.
    He admitted this himself.....
    Music isn't about being perfect, it's about the emotional connection.....

    Internet is freaking about Noel playing the "mystery" E7/G# chord on That Pedal Show when Justin has been teaching it correctly for 9 years. Great job as always Justin!

      @manus3376 fat lot you know because he may be doing that chord correct but isnt not playing the correct intro and verse chords. Should be Fsus2 in intro and C/B in verse not E

    • @artistaccount

      @@Skampinobut c/b has e minor in it so technically it's not wrong but technically it's wrong

    It's funny how people are currently talking about the E7/G# because it's been recently confirmed by Noel himself on That Pedal Show. But here we see Justin teaching the correct chord almost 10 years ago!

    This is the best lesson I've seen Justin do because he doesn't the entire song step by step and not just the first verse. Great lesson! I hope all the songs follow this "complete" format in the future.

    Might I also add this is possibly the only tutorial I've seen that has the correct chord after G in the bridge. I'd expect nothing less in Justin video!!

    Cool, i love Oasis, i know 99% of people hate them but i don´t mind, they have good tunes that´s matter to me. Very cool the tricks you did with open chords and mixing the 2 guitars in one. I´m gonna play this song tomorrow in open mic session in my town, i will try to learn the way you did. Cheers. Thanx for this lesson.

    "A fata morgana appeared far away in the corner of my eye. 40 years in the desert. I was thursty and tired. Slightly dilusional.
    The sky broke open and fertilised the earth with rain, earth's nutrition. Flowers started growing. Rumours about the 60's or 90's were all around us.
    But we were hopeful. In a sense I couldn't and to this day can't bring to words.
    Justin thy arth my guardian in times of deceat and destruction. Thy kingdom's hidden treasuries shall outlive the shallow minds off the mortal peasants.
    Yes indeed, we shall rejoice, singing the hymns in harmonious peace delivered to us by the our teacher, Justin (may the guitargods bless him).
    For Guitar is love, and love is peace."

    Longtime viewer/subscriber of your channel and just wanted to say thanks for doing these. I was 40 when I picked up the guitar (sort of) for the the first time after being a bad piano player for most of my life. I'd knocked around with a few bands and had learned a few guitar chords as a kid, but I found it intimidating after growing up around keyboards all my life. Anyway, Noel Gallagher's music is a big part of what prompted me to do it. Keep up the fantastic work. I'm grateful for these lessons... they're really well done.

    JUSTIN: - to get those dents out of your fretboard, lay guitar on back with neck supported so is level; make a small reservoirs around each dent with blue tack and put a single droplet of water and leave for 24 hours - topping up when dries. This should swell the grain.
    When dry apply lemon oil to replenish the wood.

  • @xunit94
    @xunit94 11 лет назад

    The song Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Greenday is an exact copy of Wonderwall by Oasis. Noel Gallagher himself said that he would never consider suing Greenday or anything cause he used music from the Beatles. We all know about Oasis and Beatles, no one's really surprised

  • @lewisglegend
    @lewisglegend 11 лет назад

    It wasn't a joke. You do know this song is partly an homage to John Lennon, with the intro being lifted from imagine. You just sounded so butthurt on your first comment. Why the Oasis hate? Why not just talk about the love for The Beatles you have?

  • @koliko987
    @koliko987 11 лет назад

    The intro sounds exactly like Imagine lol. It's not just the chords, it's the rhythm and little thingies between chords. Btw, I don't even like the Beatles, just being objective.
