Black people in america need to embrace their softness. We are always telling people who have gentle personalities that they are acting white and I think that is a big mistake.
But based on my experience as a Latino man and dealing with BW and BM on occasion I have realized that BM are more respectful and more rational than BW. BW get a bad reputation because how most of them act . I avoid them at all cost.
It's hard to work with black woman. I had that experience in my previous jobs. It's like they will interfere with every single thing. Doesn't matter you are doing it right or wrong. In one word it's their way or high way.

And to be honest a lot of black women nowadays values aren't the same as back in the day when they valued family structures. Alot of them nowadays feel that they can be hoes in their youth and then get some good guy and good life later on. .doesn't work like that. I do have a good black woman now but that doesn't excuse the fact that they are few and far in between to get a black woman that still has traditional family values
This is not directed at Tyrone but to people who say 'all of them are...' All this generalization stuff is nonsense, it's ok to have a preference you don't need to make excuses for it by saying a whole race is flawed. Both white and black girls come in all different types of personalities, background and attitudes. Just because you don't like an 'attitude' doesn't mean the person is bad.

I'm so tired of this. How does one know how a black women acts? You'd generalize a black women's attitude on what? Media or what you've experienced. Both can't be taken seriously because your surrounding does not represent other settings.
And it's unfair. How would anyone feel to be undesired just because of a generalization that isn't you? Does anyone know how hurtful that is? It goes beyond just relationships. Ty spoke of the hardships of black people. We probably do have it the hardest, can't speak for any other race. But Black men are fine..it's a man's world after all. I personally believe that we are all victims of media images. The image of the black man&woman, and everyone else are media driven.
