I have used BetterHelp myself and I have found it to be very effective. BetterHelp is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to behavioral health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication. BetterHelp costs £140 a month - which gives you 4 live sessions a month and unlimited messaging in between sessions, as well as access to the group therapy webinars that get updated each week. You can also apply for financial aid while signing up, which can reduce the cost of the service by up to 40%. When you go through the signup process, you will be presented with the payment page and can elect not to pay. You will then be asked if the price was too much and will be given the option of financial aid. He is always looking around to see who's watching me. Then he has to speak rudely to that person if he or she talks to me. Carries around change in my coin purse inside my shoulder bag he took. He will take anything of mine not nailed down. I had my phone sitting on the table. He picked it up, opened it, and started looking inside. I put something on top of it, then moved it away. I just remember he's a child who has never been disciplined by his parents.

I just find a lot of people it’s like they’re sort of depressed or something.. I think we’re super resilient too because of our natural abundance, hadn’t thought of that as self-worth, it’s just an is, but what you said makes total sense, it’s just unconscious we don’t go around analysing ourselves, although the experience of an abusive relationship does require some of that for definite for the first time, we’re so present, alive, wonder at the world, & it’s like our emotional/spirit gauge is calibrated on the tranquil/peace to joy part of the continuum & is our default, & that makes us full of energy we can give, without even recognising it as anything particularly unusual, but I mean I’ve been dealing with some serious heavy duty shit but would anyone know, no way, we deal on our own as default too & look after others at the same time if we can, but also perspective.. now is only now.. future - but also both the beauty, something as ‘simple’ as a magnificent oak & the opposite, hard realities we are blessed to not actually be dealing with, myriad, bottom line: there are people starving, & yes shit happens & yes we may be impacted, & perhaps badly, but we are so lucky to be alive right now right here.
