Very nice, but it shall take a full time gardener to keep it tidy and weedless, as I did the same. Once the bushes and trees are fully grown, you shall not see over the top of it to the mountains..

Благоустройство двора получилось красивым, но очень дорого. Старому дому уделили очень мало внимания, сделали косметический ремонт. Где ремонт крыши и потолка, укладка пола второго этажа и прочее? Наверное деньги закончились ((( Ждем продолжения ремонта.
Им доступно сделать такую красоту, это их уровень сегодняшней жизни... А нам это не доступно, тем кто живет на нищенскую зарплату, нам где земля гуляет и деревни умирают, нам такая красота просто не по силам. Молодцы китайцы переняли наш опыт советский и сделали про ветающей свою страну и народ.. А мы будем жевать жвачку американскую которую все так дружно захотели в 91
This was rather irritating I lost count of how many camera sweeps you did over the grounds without actually showing anything I was getting whiplash. The house is magnificent and I also understand why you don't always show it all. Is the house for him or are they doing it for someone else. The view alone is priceless so I would say even though it looks very much like a luxury home the price for it is probably double just for the view.
Just keep getting so frustrated with this channel and may have to go look elsewhere. I love watching renovations especially from countries that are not my own because they do things differently. I've watched all three episodes of what was to be a renovation with landscaping per the titles. Of the over 3 hours approximately 20 minutes was actually renovation everything else was yard work/landscaping/gardening. And unfortunately the channel has changed that the majority of everything is just the yard. That's not a renovation that's landscaping.
