- My grandfather is a retired veteran in his 90s. The old house has an area of more than 200 square meters inside and outside. Ở Việt Nam chúng ta những ngôi nhà gỗ lớn như vậy thường là nhà quan phủ, địa chủ. Có khuôn viên lớn. Nó sẽ được trùng tu dưới dạng di tích.
Hoặc con cháu sẽ bỏ vốn để trùng tu với dạng tài sản có sở hữu.
Nhà tôi ngay trung tâm kinh thành Huế. Nhà 1 gian hai trái, cấu trúc bằng gỗ lim. Mọi thứ đều được điêu khắc vô cùng thủ công và tinh vi từ khung sườn, cửa ngỏ, các hoành phi cho đến các thứ nhỏ như khay trà. 😂
Rất tiếc sau này bố tôi phải bán đi với giá rẻ để di cư vào nam vì bị tịch thu nhiều chuyến buôn dẫn đến trắng tay.
