Popular BlendJet 2 portable blender recalled following safety issues raised by Consumer Reports

I did after 3 months. Try contacting them through support. One problem now--the arrows on the jar do not align with the new base now matter what I do so I am right back where I started, no blender. Right now, I would prefer a refund for the whole appliance rather than a defective replacement base.

@@GuadalupeGrier-zw7fg Thak you! I understand that they are trying to save on costs, but the right thing they should have done is to replace the entire device. I hope for you that they meet your request! Good luck!

We're into 5 months waiting since we followed their instructions and forwarded the photo as requested. . Nothing . Class action coming next. It's just rediclous.
