What happens if there are 30 people on the zoom? Are they not in small windows? Do you just run the PPT as usual on your computer? If so, how do you see what's on zoom and see your PPT at the same time?

It's upto individual choice which mode of VIEW they wish, like Gallery view or main screen etc. if they are using laptop/ desktop. In mobile ppt or side by side view (if selected by host) can be displayed. Participants have the choice to scroll or view only ppt or switch to Gallery view, as they want.

When you click Share Screen or Share any PPT, a toolbar appears at the top of screen. Click MANAGE PARTICIPANTS. The Participants window will appear. You can move it to any place on screen by dragging.
