I love how Jesper is a black bi man, and it doesn't seem forced at all. He is who he is and we all love him. Shadow and Bone has great representation.

Well, he enjoys the high of shoot outs and gambling but he is indeed terrible at sitting still, so I think the scene was more about him struggling with sitting still without being able to do anything than him being plain scared of the Fold, if that makes sense?

I read Six of Crows before season 1 of the show and Jesper character’s didn’t particularly catch my attention. But the actor who played him is amazing and just perfect for the role, now I’m reading again and absolutely love Jesper.
