It’s expensive to cast, but Gisela, Blade of Goldnight is game ending once you have a board state. 5/5 double striking tokens will suddenly hit for 20 a piece.
Creature tokens entering the battlefield tapped and attacking won't have double strike by Nialy, because, even tho they are "attacking" they were never declared attackers.
Yes they do, because they are *attacking* . Neyali doesn't say: "Whenever a creature token attacks it gets double strike."; it simply says: "Attacking tokens you control have double strike." This is not a triggered ability; it is a static ability. Therefore, there is no trigger to be missed when these attacking tokens are created. The tokens are attacking? The tokens have double strike. It doesn't matter how or when they were attacking, just that they *are* attacking.
I'm really liking the new Boros commanders that have built in card advantage while staying on theme!
Big same. Card advantage is so important and this one does such a better job because the impulsive draw is not limited the to same turn.

For sure. At least nowadays it's not that uphill to cast with all of the colorless land-based ramp effects in the format now.
Would Jaxis the Troublemaker be a good budget option for this deck?
You could definitely add it if you wanted to.
Do chiss-Goria artifact value deck
Are you paying the mana cost to play the exiled card?
You have to pay the mana if exiling with Neyali.
