Antenna length matters. Assuming this system uses 433mhz (or possibly even 868mhz, 915mhz), a quarterwave antenna would need to be around 6.5 inches in length to work properly. A halfwave would need to be double that. Something to keep in mind, and probably why it started working when you shortened the antenna.
I just ordered one of these earlier today, and was thinking about switching out the antennas because I hate how flimsy these look, but had no idea what to look for. Your answer will hopefully help me in my search!
I appreciate your video, its very informative, thank you. The sucking on hard candy of whatever it is while you're doing the video is annoying as hell lol.
The antenna worked when u pushed it down because it was getting jumbled up with the other frequency, peoples phones, speakers etc.. so when u brought it down the case insulated and helped the signals connect
If you haven't found your answer. Most of them come pre-programmed and the arrive without batteries so yes you can take your batteries out which is what is recommended when your modules are in storage to avoid damage if the batteries expire or corrode.
With everything turned on, nothing plugged in and assuming the modules are programed try Hitting a que and see if it works on the corresponding module and cue you hit. If it doesn't work try putting the antenna partially down instead of fully extended. That worked for me. Just keep messing with the length of the antenna
Simpler to when your using 2 different rc cars, sometime when u would use a controller that didn’t come with that rc it would still work on other rc in range because they were both using the same frequency’s.
Dang dude Never eat or chew while doing a video. Otherwise good video.
what are you a housewife or something ! stop nitpicking.
@@3ccdmike nah dog
It’s just annoying lmao
@@calebschmidt57 indeed. Made me stop watching.

Lol I was chewing on nicotine gum.
Hope the video helped
@@pyromike3002 That's different, hope you're still smoke free. I quit cold Turkey 4 years ago after 45 years of smoking, I still crave them.

I think you have a bad or loose connection to your antenna inside case ???
Possibly
Once you program do you have to leave the batteries in or can you take them out and it was still save the program

I think its cause there to close to each other my drone controller is like that if its to close it wont connect
2 years later how’s it holding up?
Still works great. Just gotta keep fresh batteries in and make sure to test before using It on show
@@pyromike3002I’ll be ordering this soon, maybe a set of rechargeable batteries would be a good investment for this set up
Should have mentioned if it also does a continuity test
The system doesn’t but it’s on the individual modules.
I have the same system everything is powered up all the lights are working but it’s still not firing can anyone help me

why cant I use more than three modules per area? help
You can, you just have to program them that way.
I've used 5 per area
QUAL E FREQUÊNCIA ?
Are you smacking food or what
Good vid. I don’t get why people are so concerned with the chewing. Who gives a damn? Keep doing you.
Thanks for the video! Could hardly watch though with that damn sucking and chewing though!
JC!!! the chewing and smacking. CRINGEWORTHY
Thank you!! Now i understand!
No problem
Are you eating?
Read the comments, it's been mentioned 100 times. Yes I was chewing gum. If you don't like it don't watch. I can't edit out the noise
What are you eating. Dang. Chew your cud later. Disgusting 🤮
I've tested six without problem
I couldn't even finish the vid with that dang chewing noise 😒
Yes plz spit that gum out
Loose the gum. So irritating!
00 is 100
Considering when you turn on the system it's on 0 therfore 0 would be number 1
@@pyromike3002 the number 1 is 1.
Looks pretty buggy.
What are eating, disgusting
Your mom!
Your area name substitute should be called a group channel or just a group not a channel. A channel is 1 channel on a single receiver.
It should be called a channel. Ever hear of a TV that has multiple channels. An amplifier that has multiple channels. Go troll someone else's videos.
Could you not eat while doing videos???
