One of my 3 best, Humphrey Bogart and Cary Grant being the other 2. He was not unlike Barbara Stanwyck - 3 films together - insofar as she, too, was comfortable and excellent in any genre. Grapes of Wrath (for which he should have won the AA) to The Lady Eve (with Stanwyck) to The Ox-Bow Incident to an easy dozen others. Plus, he had unusually good looks - although, for some odd reason, no one ever puts him on that list. Stanwyck, too, for that matter. That's my 2 cents on Henry Fonda. And Barbara Stanwyck.
