The Replay Pro Yoyo is an unresponsive yoyo that is a great deal for the price. We have not yet tested another yoyo at this price point that we like as much.

+Misc Cubing If you are already into unresponsive yo-yoing this is a better deal than the Sage because it already comes with a CenterTrac bearing. That being said, I feel like people are split 50/50 over whether they like the Sage or the Replay Pro better.
I had a one star, which is just like the sage. I didn't enjoy it very much. it spun for a long time, but that's it.
The One Star comes with a flat bearing, which significantly reduces performance for that yoyo. That is why the Sage Pro Pack comes with a Center Trac bearing. Like you I never really cared for the One Star, but I love the Sage.
+yotricks is the Replay Pro yoyo responsive
The Replay Pro is unresponsive.
TwelviePlayz the normal one is responsive
+Robert Nonis Our hope is to get to the DV888 eventually, but it will probably not be anytime soon.
Hope you get it soon
yotricks lel when i first saw DV888 i though is as big as horizon and shutter, but untill my friend bring it, i got shocked which dv888 is quite small..
ok
Amazing yo-yo with so many colors to choose from. The gap is wide so landing tricks is easy. It’s an amazing first unresponsive yo-yo in general. Not a fan of how big the yo-yo is but that’s just me. My hands are pretty small so and it’s easier to put smaller yo-yos in your pocket.
Y u no sell the green replay with green caps?

Can u make a yoyo which1.weght less than 69 grams2.spin more than 7 minutes3it can do figure grind more than 6 seconds4.it is respondsive
Response yoyos cannot sleep that long.
yotricks 1 minute and fingure grinds more than 3 seconds?
yotricks or it can be a metal un responsive yoyo
Finger grinds are nearly impossible on responsive yoyos.
Hey yotricks what is the better yoyo? Sage unresponsive or the replay pro?
Brecken Courtright They are very different yoyos. The Replay is a little heavier and slower than the Sage, but it is also more stable and tilt resistant. It all depends on what you are looking for.
yotricks The Replay does NOT have better tilt resistance than the Sage.
Taylor H It's definitely more stable than the sage/onestar
I started with a Sage and ordered some cheap MagicYoYo concave bearings to try unresponsive play, they were crazy loose and made a horrible rattling noise though I did get a taste of unresponsive play and enjoyed it. I decided to return those terrible bearings to Amazon and I was gonna order a CenterTrac bearing but I ended up just ordering one of these Replay Pro's, $10 for the bearing or $16 for the bearing and yoyo!? Amazing deal! Can't wait to get mine soon, the Sage has been an amazing yoyo to learn with and I'm gonna stick to buying your products instead of going cheap! Cheers, thanks for all of the great videos!
Happy to help!
i thought it was going to show replays of pro yoyo tricks
+Tommy Bidonde Chill Yswaggness The Replay is quite a bit bigger, actually. That being said, just about any yoyo that is a step up from the Velocity will be around the same size as the Replay. So far we have not heard its size causing any one any problems, though.

If my next yoyo is the shutter, (which it could be) My yoyo colection will be 50% Gentry Stein signatures.

I got a new one it plays responsive, the bearing fall off his seat and can't get fixed properly, is it defective? I tried to change the bearing and the problem is still here.
so a yoyo can resist lean but lil wayne cant?

Boosie come off it tho', inspired me to do the same. Nigga my hero

My replay pro started acting responsive suddenly.
I even cleaned the Bearing... But still when I sleep my Replay Pro it makes a little sound and comes back again Like a responsive yoyo.
Its only been an week Since I purchased it.
Any suggestion would ne appreciated.
U probably over tightened it that means that u screwed the yo-yo together further than the arrows so u damaged the plastic inside lucky for u that happened to me and it’s super easy to fix just put a bearing with no shields on it ( the metal parts that cover the balls ) just put that bearing and u r golden
@@kevinayoub9 crap, I just realised that’s why I’ve done.

I love this yoyo. I own two of them. It's the only plastic yoyo I've ever thrown that makes me think of my Shutter when I'm playing with it.
+Viper Sting The Shutter is much better, but more expensive, so it all depends if you want to spend that much.
my friend has one
he also has the Protostar(yoyofactory)
Is there a way to change a unresponsive to a responsive
I really love your finger spins! 4:51
I love your reviews please do more please they really help me !!!!!
yotricks i just bought the replay pro. I can not wait for it to come
thanks so much for the yoyo yotricks. i got it today and it is awesome
@yotricks
Hey, I'm a total beginner, but get very interested in yoyoing. Would you recommend the Arrow (by yoyofactory), where i can switch between responsive/unresponsive or is this one, or any other?
I want to clean my bearing but the axle is on the same side as the bearing, I am not able to remove it with the multytool, so what do I do (It has a non-removable axle)
Order'd the Pro,so it should be here next week.Have the Replay, for some reason I like the way plastic throws.Have a few metal ones, but plastic just feels better.
Great vid.
can i know when Ann Connoly will be on the video? very suprised if she is.
I have a question about my yoyo its a yoyo from soaring eagle its butterfly shaped but sometime when I unscrew pieces of plastic from the inside break off im wondering why thats happening and what would be a good responsive yoyo to be able to do tricks and just have fun overall since unresponsive ones are more meant for tricks and you need to try harder.
Hi yotricks! I got the replay pro a year ago. I got many dings and it vibrated a lot. Did the vibration happen the same to the Replay Pro you were using? Thank you!
What you are describing will happen with any yoyo if it gets too many dings. This has not happened to my Replay.
Was someone playing the yoyo in the background?
When will you guys start teaching off-axis tricks?
Kenny Huh As soon as the videos are finished. Hopefully we will get to them in the next couple of months.
Thank you
My replay pro has a unresponsive bearing but when I tug it it comes back up. I added 1/2 a drop of thin lube and it was still responsive. What's wrong with it?
In the official website they don’t have the green color one why tho?
Should I get the wedge or this
Will you be showing us how to do a horizontal finger spins
Joey Barcenas Yes.
Really nice looking for so cheap, and with a good bearing as well. Would be a great beginner's yoyo that probably wouldn't warrant an upgrade to learn more advanced tricks.
PourTheCoalToEr We would not consider it a beginner yoyo, since it is an unresponsive yoyo. But you are right, it can take you quite far without the need to quickly upgrade.
Beginner to unresponsive then I guess is what I meant.
Is more 5A tutorials coming? really excited for some
+Jason Gaming (RaymondGaming69) We are waiting for some new products for 5a to be released, and then we will be releasing more 5a tutorials.
hi yotrick , I have a question for you guy . If I compare a yyf replay and a c3 yoyodesign speedaholic , what do you think is one is better?
+Hono Ryu The replay, by quite a bit.
How big would this be in my hand? I am 11 and have a velocity, and for me it is the perfect size. Is the Replay about the same, or bigger?
Is that yoyo Good for beginners?
Hi there!
i just wanted to know, how often do i need to change the CBC Large Slim Pads in the yoyo?
Only when you start noticing the yoyo is not binding as tight as you like.
I'm planning on buying a Shutter, but should I get a Replay Pro to use as my beater throw? Also, when are you guys going to restock the blue slim pads on the site, because there's only 1 left.
+Derplex We just restocked them now, so there should be plenty. I think using the Replay in that way is a fine idea.
I want to buy a yoyo. Currently i have a Duncan Butterfly. And i know the basics of yoyoing. But should i buy the Replay Pro or the Sage?
If you are okay with getting an unresponsive yoyo, the Replay Pro is a good option. However, if you would like a yoyo that can play both responsive and unresponsive, I would recommend the Sage Starter Pack.
yoyotricks.com/shop/yoyo-store/yoyo-brands/yotricks/the-sage-yoyo-starter-pack/
While i did order my first yoyo in 6 years recently from your site i am sad to report that i won't be buying from you anymore. It is because of the shipping/taxes to europe wich ended up costing me around $70+ for an 85 dollar order. :/ I think it will be worth it this time because i just could not find this level of service and nice packs somewhere else. But now that i have my general stuff in place it will be easier to buy local. Ty for being an awesome community and store!
+JoVi []_[] It does seem like tariffs etc., are strangely high over there.
Can you buy response pads for this seperately
finally you make a review i was waiting for that review but I got my replay pro yesterday. it is an awesome yoyo that is good for budget price 👌🏻
One I got vibrates so much I had to lend it to my gf
what box does it come with if you bought just the yoyo
Hey Adam B./yotricks I just got this yo-yo!!! or at least ordered it. If I ordered on Saturday and chose the priority mail? what day do you think it would arrive?
+Gamerpedia9001 Wednesday or Thursday, most likely.
+yotricks okay thanks
Can you remove the axle of the Replay pro?Cuz I can't
Alright so I'm trying to start a bit of a collection. So far I have the dv888 and the shutter. What would you suggest I get next
STEVECON The yoyos in our buyer's guide are our current top recommendations. Beyond that, if you are getting more for the sake of collecting, the best yoyos would seem to be those that peak your interest the most.

i have a onestar with a konkave bearing and plays awsome. However i was wondering if u can pop the caps of a onestar?
+Varun Bhardwaj You can, but they are quite difficult to get back in.
will the yoyo break or crack easily when it lands hard on the floor because my fast 201 is on the edge of breaking and i dont want a yoyo that cant last long
+blackarksword So far in our experience the Replay is quite durable. That being said, if you are very hard on your yoyos you may want to go with the Sage which will hold up even better.
Should I get a replay pro or yyf protostar
what type of tricks should a beginner start with
+blackarksword We have a list for that.

Are you ever going to show us more grinds... I thought they were so cool!
Koala Wizard We will be doing more grind tricks, but I am not sure how soon we will get to them.
Is this yoyo responsive? And if not how do i make it responsive
I recently got a safe from you guys, and its on the way. A question: When I get to a higher level, should I get a replacement bearing for the sage to make it unresponsive, or get the replay?
GIR385 Either way. If you like how the Sage plays you can upgrade it, or if you are looking for something new the Replay is a great option. If you have a multitool you can always remove the bearing from the Replay and put it in your Sage yoyo.
yoyotricks.com/yoyo-store/yoyofactory/replay-pro-yoyo/
yotricks Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, I can't tell if I like the sage because I'm having some major issues. Out' the box, it was VERY unresponsive. I lubed it with thick lube, and it got better. But everyday since I got it, it's become very unresponsive, and I've had to lube it again every day. I know that's not how yoyo's are supposed to be, so could you know what's wrong?
Actually, yoyos that require lube to play responsive do need to be repeatedly lubed. If you want it to play perfectly responsive without lube, what you can do is triple wrap the string around the bearing. This will make it play as responsive as you like, and the only downside is that it is not quite as good at string tricks.
yotricks OK, thanks. I was worried there was something wrong. Let the living commence.
I have your shutter competition pack and I just went back to look and there seems to be new colors and a different looking razor on the side. I was just wondering is this a new version shutter or just new colors
I bought this Christmas and it Aqua and gold
STEVECON It is the same yoyo, just new colors.
Does that work
shipping service international or not ?
I'm thinking about getting this for starting to learn/practice unresponsive play. Would you recommend it for beginners or is it better to get really comfortable with binding/mounts and other starter tricks with another yoyo first?
Also can you tell my why it has response pads? I don't understand why an unresponsive yoyo needs those.
+MegaMapler2000 You can get an unresponsive yoyo as your first yoyo, but we would only recommend it if you are a patient person and somewhat coordinated. For younger players it will be nearly impossible to start off with no yoyo skill and then learn to get a good enough sleeper to bind without getting so frustrated they will stop almost immediately. On the other hand, I have taught some teenagers and adults to yoyo only using unresponsive yoyos like the Replay.
We will post a video on Friday that explains why response pads are necessary in unresponsive yoyos.
+yotricks Alright, looking forward to that video. :)
It wouldn't be my first yoyo though, I have some looping yoyos and a ONE with which I started off when it was in the responsive setup. But I found that in the responsive setup when first trying out mounts it would stop spinning almost immediately from the friction when landing on the string so I'm using it in the unresponsive setup now to get a bit into it but thinking about getting a "dedicated" unresponsive yoyo like the Replay Pro instead.
+MegaMapler2000 OK, in that case I think you will love the Replay.
yoyotricks.com/yoyo-store/yoyo-brands/yoyofactory/replay-pro-yoyo/
+yotricks Alright, I placed an order on the Aurora one which looks really neat on the pictures. Can't wait for it to arrive for me to tackle on perfecting some basic stuff and new tricks. :)
Unfortunately since I live in Austria I didn't order it from your store but directly from the european Yoyofactory store. Do you guys by chance have a European store too? I'd love to support you then if I buy something next time.
We do not.
I bought a white one on a different website I need help to try to clean the outside
So I'm thinking about starting offstring yoyoing but I don't know which one I should get. Any recommendations??
Josh Miller The Flight is our top recommendation for players getting into offstring yo-yoing.
yoyotricks.com/yoyo-store/yoyofactory/flight-yoyo/
is it good for 5a beginner play?
Because I bought a dv888, after playing a few weeks i felt like trying 5a, and i really like it.
I was thinking of buying the Duncan freehand pro but I can't get it in my country....
thanks
It is not the first yoyo we would recommend for 5a, but if it is your best option at that price I think you should go for it.
so the sage is a unresponsive I thought it wasn't that's y I wanted one or is it because of the bearing and does it come with 2 bearings one for normal play to keep it spinning longer and the second for unresponsive
It is responsive and you have to buy the pro pack to get the unresponsive bearing
yotricks can you guys make videos about horizontal yoyo tricks
+Furkan Taşoğlu We are currently working on a series about horizontal tricks.
how do i fix it i got the replay pro when im going to do a uresponsive tick its comes up without a bind idk how do i fix it
+Yoyoandbrickfreak1240 It sound like you need to lube the bearing with thin yoyo lube.

I want to get a good plastic yoyo. Out of these three, which one do you recommend the most: YoyoJam Classic, Yoyo Factory Replay Pro, or Magic Yoyo Skyva? I own a Yoyo Factory Shutter. Thanks in advance!
All of those are fine options, and we have full written reviews of each on our site that should help you decide what to get.
Since the Replay Pro and the Classic are for designed for first starting unresponsive play, I would recommend the Skyva.
Hey first of all thanks for all the tutorial videos they are really helpful! I bought the replay (responsive) and is interested in trying unresponsive yoyo-ing... is there a way to change the replay to replay pro? What's the difference between these 2 yoyos? Thank you so much for the reply
You will need to change the response pads and the bearing, which is nearly the cost of a new yoyo. A Reply Pro retails for $16.99, and the bearing and pads you will want will total around $12.50.
@@yotricks so it will be more worth it to buy a replay pro instead😂 thx a lot for the advice :)
Fx LOVE Happy to help. I think your best move, actually, would be to get a different yo-yo all together that has a center track bearing in it. Something like the wedge. And then get an additional pair of slim response pads. That way you have two different yo-yos, and you can swap the center trac bearing between them which gives you an overall greater benefit.

Please help I can't fix my replay I just got it out of the box it played fine unresponsive but an hour later I tugged and it snapped up to my hand like it was meant to be responsive I don't understand why this has happened to my velocity and now my replay pro help. :(
Try cleaning the bearing and and put some thin lube on it and did you put thick lube in it
yotricks, i recently bought a velocity yoyo and a protostar yoyo. i love these yoyos a lot especially the protostar, the problem i have with both of them is that the metal spacers are stuck to bearing and i cant seem to take them out. i dont want to damage them if it may affect play.
alexander ramos YoYoFactory has a video about removing spacers that you can check out. They use a thumb tack, but we recommend using a tiny screw driver.

I still cant seem to remove the spacers, thanks for the video link though
can you fingerspin and grind with it?
Is the Replay Pro good for landing string tricks ? I want a yoyo that is cheap and can EASYLY land string tricks......
PLS respond
It is. However, the only thing that a yoyo can have that makes string tricks easier is the width of the yoyo. This yoyo is wide, but so are most yoyos today.

when will that color way come out?
This color has been sold out for quite some time and will likely not be made again.
I've been thinking about getting either a sage pro pack, protostar, or a replay pro. Could you please rank these from 1 being best and 3 being worst? I've been considering buying a replay pro, but the majority of the comparisons seem to favor the protostar, and i've always wanted the sage, just because you guys using it is enough proof that it's a good yoyo.
All three are excellent, there is no "worst" here. Of the three I think most players would say the Protostar plays the best. If so it only plays a little better than the other two yoyos. The one downside of the Protostar is that it is a little more fragile than the other two, not that it will break easily but if you take it apart it starts to get wobbly a lot more quickly than the other two. Both the Replay Pro and the Sage Yoyo setup with an unresponsive bearing play excellent as well, but tend to play the same longer than a Protostar. That is the reason we stopped carrying the Protostar when the Replay Pro and the Sage came out. Between those two yoyos players seem split on which plays better.
ah. thanks for the explanation. I hope to get the replay pro then, as the I already have most of the things in the sage pack.
Cool.

+Ian Sakay Here is a video of Gentry Stein winning nationals with the Replay Pro. If you feel like his speed combos are what you are looking for, then I think this yoyo can handle that.

Should there be some vibe to it? Mine has some vibe and I have no way of tuning it because it's axle system is not removable. Do all of them have vibe
+Careless_Music I don't usually think too much about vibe in plastic yoyos, so I can't say if it is normal in all Replays. I do know that they are supposed to play the most smooth when the arrows on the outside are lined up.
I'm looking to get into yoyoing. Would you recommend this yoyo or a different one to purchase? I'm looking to spend anywhere under $35.
Drew Hufford This is a great yoyo... although it does play unresponsive. If you have never yoyoed before you may want to try a responsive yoyo first. If you are not sure what I am talking about, we have a video that talks about what unresponsive yo-yoing is.
ruclips.net/video/s8pmieoAi4I/видео.html
Thank you!
Have you tried a Replay Pro with a slim bearing yet? In curious to know whether it works.
I have not.
can you make video how to learn horizontal yoyo tricks(not finger spin)?
We will be making videos like that, hopefully soon.
@YoTricks, Do the yoyo comes with the string??Because I am gonna buy it.Thank you
Yes, every yoyo we sell should come with at least one string. If you get it and there is no sting let us know, because that would be a mistake.
yoyotricks.com/shop/replay-pro-yoyo/
how long does this yoyo sleep
I'm just wondering if there is a way of removing the bearing without the multi tool? I can buy the multi tool if that is the only way but I don't currently have one. Thanks :)
+fostej99 You can try to remove a bearing with a pair of pliers, but if you are not careful you could ruin the bearing or damage the yoyo.
ruclips.net/video/ZS_K-98jX0w/видео.html
+yotricks Okay thanks for the advice :)
What yoyo would yo recommend to a player who knows how to bind and knows a fair amount of tricks and mounts, the replay pro or the shutter?
pro
I asked this same question, Adam said pro
The Shutter is better but costs over twice as much
is there a difference with the plastic that the yoyo is made of when they are different colors? i have had many replay pros and it seems some colors start to mess up within a month of having them but some other colors are very durable and i have had one for up to 8 months. i cannot figure out why this is but i am hoping you will help.
The only difference is the dye in the plastic. This can make the yoyo feel different, it "shouldn't" affect play, but in my experience with some yoyos it seems like it might.
ok, thanks
I'm sorry if I'm wasting your time, but I've recently (about 6 hours ago) gotten a fair bit more interested in yoyoing (playing?)
I can personally do a few tricks, and own 2 (very different) responsive yoyos I got from my juggling teacher that I don't really feel I need to replace (despite not being able to find my favourite of the two.)
so, back to the point, I don't intend on changing quite yet, but what would you guys recommend for someone's first unresponsive yoyo? If you don't have an upgradable one.
Thank you!
+TheSommeguy I think the Replay Pro is the best option available for the money as a first unresponsive yoyo. However, if you want to make sure you have all the right lube and strings etc., another great option is the Sage Yoyo Pro Pack.
yoyotricks.com/yoyo-store/yoyofactory/replay-pro-yoyo/
yoyotricks.com/yoyo-store/yotricks/the-sage-yoyo-pro-pack/
+yotricks okay, thanks for the advice. My biggest problem was deciding between the Sage and the Replay pro, so I guess I'm going to have to flip a coin on that :/
if I were to buy a Yoyo that was sort of cheap that is great at grinds...which one should I get?
Joshua Yu There are no cheap yoyos that are good for grinds, because you need a special finish on a yoyo for it to be good for grind tricks. This yoyo does grind better than other yoyos that cost the same money, but not as good as something a little more expensive, like the Shutter.
yoyotricks.com/yoyo-store/yoyofactory/shutter-yoyo/

Do I need the thin yoyo lube to actually use it
I just ordered one of these from you guys and it came in the mail today. It's playing quite nice, but i noticed that the caps on the side are a bit loose, i can turn them with my fingers. It doesnt seem to affect play, but it does make extra noise while its spinning. Is it supposed to be like this?
That does happen with some of the Replay yoyos. I am not sure if there is an easy solution, though. You could always go onto Gentry Stein's youtube channel and ask if he has a quick fix for it.
