- A special video to thank everyone who has supported me this year!! And yes my series was named after Dog Nightmare by Jack Stauber!! I will be celebrating my birthday today so I decided to make something fun as my birthday gift to you! This will be my final video until the New Year where I will be working on chapter 2! For a hot second I thought the implication was that you'd brought Jack stauber back from his years of dormancy to make a song for your series. Knowing that it was already a song he made makes a lot more sense.

It's also worth noting that "Do" and "You" appear during brief flashes of nothingness on screen. And "I did it?" appears at the same time as the creepy dog face. I do think the times at which they appear hold significance, however "think" just appears during a random shot. Either this theory is useless, or the fishing dog knows more than they're letting on, and given the similar shirt to the dog from the stairs, my money's on the latter.
Edit: it's not even the fisherman dog, im just losing my mind sorry :3

Honestly this series is one of the better newer analog horrors. It's really a breath of fresh air. Maybe it's the small town/stalking vibe or the uncanniness of the dogman demon thing, but it's really just a combination of elements that just work. I wanna see where this story goes.
I think for me, one of the most compelling parts about this series is the sadness there is throughout. There is something so deeply heartbreaking about losing a dog, they’re like family to us, and I like that there is a glimpse of humanity within this series. I don’t know, but something about this series is both somber and terrifying at the same time, and I think that’s really impressive

This is my favourite analog horror series, I feel like its better compared to some, it feels more close to home for some reason, I used to watch stuff like this when I was little and seeing this for the first time felt really nostalgic, those weird 2000's comercials alongside the old creepypasta vibes is what I get when watching this series. Also not to mention the great editing in this series. Love it all, keep it up ❤
No idea why this is so horrifically underrated. This series is genuinely one of the most unsettling I’ve ever found on RUclips..scares me to death when I think about that dog waving through the window. Yet, it’s so interesting at well. I long to see more of this!!

0:12 Not gonna lie, I thought that dog was actually being deformed and turning into the creepy dog, since when you first glance at it, it looks like half of the dog is brighter and the nose is the creepy eyes. Then I saw a video explaining the analog horror and said the head was turned like that.
I don't see anyone else acknowledging it, so I'll point out the closed captions say "Do. You. Think. I. Did. It?", likely referring to The Dog/New Friend since their picture appears right as it says "I did it?"

Your work gave me literal dog nightmares last night. It was a surreal experience to transition from sleep to wakefulness, the comforting fear mixed with the state of hypnagogia. I felt so weird the rest of the day, not bad just weird. I love it.

After watching this through, capping it off at this really made it feel like a great end-credits sequence in a way, where the roll-to-credits needledrop is so upbeat contrasting with the horror imagery and themes while digesting what you just watched, like a big overture at the end, such a great feeling. Can’t wait to see more from this!!

I think one creepy part of william wegmans videos that might be worth exploring, is what the dog hybrids look like under the clothes (the part between human body and dog head) . It would look so unnatural and unsettling without needing any outside creep factor to see it depicted

This is legit my favorite video now, and it’s actually warmed me up to the whole dog thing… those human dogs usually trigger the uncanny valley for me… but using them in a weirdcore fashion like this actually helps!

This is cool, seeing this type of horror is very new to us. We did saw many other people reacting to horror like this which is nice and being able to see this series by ourselves is also quite nice.
