Here is a recent mod that lets you play as Arkham Asylum Batman in Arkham Origins. This mod is fire, so now we have every default skins from every game in Origins !

@@qualitystreet0998 Was the same for me, Asylum bein' my first PS3 game. But then City came becomin' my number one game o' all time. Then Asylum, after that Origins and AK bein' the last in my opinion.
@@thearkhamerliterally my exact list of you switch city and asylum I just think the knight suit is way too armoured but it did fit the games tone.

It makes a lot of sense, actually. I haven't played the game itself, but my second playthrough definitely needs to be with this skin
Not gonna lie, Origins' combat effects(both visual-effects and sound-effects) are my favourite in the entire series.
Idk, maybe I'm biased; because I played this game, first in this franchise.

Tbh should be the Arkham City suit due to how many reused assets were taken from that game lol. Not that taking assets makes this game bad

The Origins suit never made sense canonically cause why was his suit more "advanced" looking before the events of Asylum and City. Wish they just went with this suit or at least something closer to it and make it a predecessor of the Asylum suit
@@user-zl2ec I agree even though growin' up I didn't even pay attention to that. Plus, watchin' BTAS and other Batman classic shows in the meantime anyway Arkham suits looked more recent and modern (even City and Asylum suits).
It's actually less advanced.
I feel like the suit in origins was different because it could just be a prototype, he could have switched the kinds of suits due to more flexibility or less weight.

Origins suit was big and bulky because his skills weren’t as polished as in the previous games so he needed the extra armour to compensate. When Batman got confident enough, he used something more practical and sleeker. If you recall in Arkham City when Batman asks Alfred for the line launcher, and Alfred jokes about how Batman should just use a bigger belt to house all of his gadgets, Batman says that a big belt slows him down so he’s definitely aware of the cons of dawning a thicker suit. That’s how I always justified it to myself.
Kinda weird to ask but- could you do a video with this suit in some of the cutscenes? Like in the gcpd with Gordon? This suit weirdly works super well, especially the facial animations and lip syncing
