- The Downloader app is a go to app on streaming devices, but recently we saw it removed from the Google Play Store. But there's some great news, it looks like Downloader is back on all devices & it's about time.
The process to get the Downloader app added back to the Google store seemed longer than anybody anticipated, but better late than never.

I checked my Xioami android tv box and Sownloader is back in the Google play store!
I never lost it .I was able to install it on two Firesticks during the time everyone was saying it was gone .
I think it only disappeared for Google/android devices only
