Disclaimer, none of my hookah hoses have ever been that dirty. Mud in hookah hose was for dramatic purposes only. Enjoy hookah, and remember, cleanliness is important.

how often. should you change it after every. use u buy a new 1
If you smoke every day, maybe change it after 3-4 months. You should always be rinsing water through it after each use. (or before if you are lazy like me)

where did you find that hose, like for real, i have a hose since 2018 and i dont get any gunk in it, at least not THAT much.
I agree with you 100%. I’ve been using my silicone one since 2018,i wash it with lemon juice and rinse it with hot water and than i let it dry for a couple of hours,and i’ve never had no issues at all. It seems to me that the sample hose that he used either came from a septic system,or he’s just giving bad propaganda to other brands silicone hoses,so people get scared and just buy his products. If a person has no knowledge at all with hookahs,they’ll believe any propaganda they see out there.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🫡🫡🫡.

I do, but they should still be changed out. Just running water doesn't do it all. There is no way to really scrub them. Silicon hoses are still the best option though for cleanliness.
