I understand you are stressed, but try to not do a lot of excessive spending. Use leftover cash for saving challenges then add to online savings.
I eat like a pig when I’m stressed and broke! So all the coins go to takeout! Now I weigh the amount of two monster trucks!

yep. i am thinking the same thing. and going to hawaii. i dunno....hard time thinking this is causing any real stress. travel, eating out, shopping for expensive cakes, dresses....well, good for you, dahling. you are dealing well with it all and prepared for this eventuality apparently.

As a Polish, I was shocked when I saw "Naleczowianka" water in the vlog. Haha, it is a good Polish still water. But if you are feeling sparked from time to time, I recommend my favourite one, "Muszynianka"(white/green label ), which is a mineral bomb and doesn't taste like salt, like some French ones :p

Congrats on your engagement! I too was on a weight -gain journey. Many people think that's weird but girls like us know what's up. 😂 One of the main things that helped me was cooking my own food. That way I could know what's working. It also saves money. I take pride in cooking now. But to be honest sometimes I'm too tired to cook so I try to prepare enough to freeze and pull out when I'm beat down. You may want to checkout the Thyroid Revolution by Tom Brimeyer (I think I'm missing a word in the title). It introduced me to a world of weight gain. Just a suggestion. I have gained about 15 pounds in a year's time following a modified version of this diet (I follow it maybe 80%). I'm sure you'll continue to update us on your progress. Wishing you well on your weight gain, job search and marriage!😊

Eat all you want. You can’t gain weight without proper sleep schedule. Another word you’ve got to stay sane and don’t be around negative. Perhaps move away from New York.
